I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel de Provence in the stunning French Riviera, and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, who made me feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from beautiful beaches and within walking distance of charming local shops and restaurants. Exploring the picturesque streets of the French Riviera was so convenient! One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast organization. Each morning, I was treated to a delightful spread of fresh pastries, fruits, and local delicacies. The breakfast area was beautifully set up, offering both indoor and outdoor seating with a lovely view. The staff ensured everything was replenished promptly, and they were always ready to assist with a warm smile. In addition to the excellent location and fantastic breakfast, the hotel amenities were top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, well-appointed, and offered breathtaking views of the coastline. I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing environment. Overall, my stay at Hotel de Provence exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a perfect getaway in the French Riviera. I can’t wait to return!

The service was incredible, the owner is such a great person, you can ask him anything, he will make it happen! The rooms are so nice, I love the design of the hotel. ||Perfect place for a short trip in Cannes. The spot is very calm, yet very well located, in the center and close to the beach. Highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed five nights in the Hotel de Provence. I had a balcony room on a high floor. Without a doubt, this family run Hotel is charming, with a real attention to detail and a care for the guests. The situation is ideal. So close to the Croisette, Rue D'Antibes, Station and Harbour. I enjoyed the aperitif which is offered to guests at 7.00 pm and was a good way to get to know other guests. Breakfast could be taken on the charming outside terrace. The whole Hotel was spotless and the room was cleaned thoroughly. I would hope to return next year.

What a find! My friend and I stumbled upon this lovely family run hotel in Cannes. We had no booking and chqnced a walk-in. We were in luck and got a twin room with a balcony over looking the garden. The shower was great, beds were clean & comfy and the room had everything we needed. The location is very handy for the beach, train station, shops and restaurants. We were able to borrow beach towels and leave our bags with at the hotel after we checked out. We even booked an extra night we liked it so much. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay again if I go back to Cannes and would highly recommend it. Our stay at Hotel de Provence was delightful. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, providing both comfort and functionality. Its prime location—conveniently close to excellent restaurants, the beach, the town center, and the train station—offered the best of both accessibility and privacy. Initially, we were surprised by the policy of returning the room key each time we left, but it turned out to be just fine. We especially enjoyed the evening happy hour, which added a nice touch to our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a great spot and the staff are super friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the outdoor seating was a bonus. We were upgrade to the penthouse and the outdoor space there was awesome. They also offer a complimentary drink in the evenings. No complaints!

Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Hotel is very clean, charming and beds are very comfy. Lovely balcony overlooking garden and beautiful trees, only a few minutes walk from the Croisette. Good restaurants and bars very close by. Room was quite small but very comfortable and all amenities provided. Mini fridge and kettle very useful too. Highly recommended

An authentic hotel We chose this hotel because we had only seen positive reviews. it is a small charming hotel run by a young couple, we stayed in a room with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the small garden, as soon as we woke up there was sunshine in the room, we loved having our breakfast directly on the balcony and even in December, all the staff were so smiling and kind to us, housekeeping was spotless

Very charming!! The staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was wonderful, we didn't want to leave. The location of the hotel is great, it is with in walking distance of the croisette, restaurants, and shops.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is clean, welcoming and comfortable. It's in a great location as well. We arrived in the evening and checked in with ease. The room is small and cozy. There were water bottles, slippers and fluffy towels. There was also a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The wifi was also good. We had breakfast in the garden which was fruit, bread, whipped cheese, delicious coffee and a sweet waitress. The walk to the beach is easy but most of the beach is filled with hotel chairs and umbrellas. You have to walk down the boardwalk to find the public beach. We spent the day on the beach and ate from the street stall. It was a fantastic day. The water is cool and refreshing. Upon return to Cannes I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
