Hôtel de Provence

My wife and I visited Cannes for the second time in 2 years and once again we were very fortunate to stay at the Hotel de Provence. This little boutique hotel is located in absolutely the best location in Cannes. About 100 metres from the beach in one direction, and 100 metres from great shopping, restaurants..and everything else you would ever need.|The hotel itself is run by Jerry the Owner and his wife..together with wonderful, helpful staff.|It has a lovely enclosed garden at the front where you can have breakfast, and also happy hour drinks. Our Garden room overlooked the garden, and the room itself was very nice and comfortable. |We would recommend this wonderful place to stay to anyone travelling to Cannes.

I travelled throughout Europe for 5 months in 2025 and this was the most special place I stayed in-- great location, room, and service. They host a happy hour where the guests can gather in the lobby and they serve house wine for free reflecting the warmness of the family running this hotel. Lots of bang for your buck and I couldn't recommend more!

We had an excellent stay in the Antares apartment, ideally located right in the city center, just steps away from everything. The accommodation is charming, tastefully decorated, and offers excellent value for money. Housekeeping was spotless, with nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. The breakfast was varied and of high quality, with fresh and tasty products, sourced locally whenever possible. The staff was attentive and caring, always available and friendly, and the management was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

An absolute jewel of a find. Bijou hotel. Perfectly placed to explore Cannes. The staff were all exceptional and couldn’t do enough for us. When we arrived there was a power outage in Cannes so we couldn’t pay the taxi driver as cards not working. (as couldn’t walk from station as no phone signals so couldn’t use Google maps. The hotel,owner paid him for us and added to room bill. Also gave us danish pastries as we couldn’t go out to eat as we didn’t have any cash! We had three single rooms that were spotless, air con, a safe, as well as good storage space and loads of power points. The bar was great and the Saint Marie wine from the owner’s brother’s vineyard was to die for. It was lovely to sit in the garden at the front with lots of lovely plants and flowers. All in all a great trip. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic family run hotel in a great location near le croisette in Cannes. All the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, the rooms were very comfortable and the garden area provided an excellent place for a pre dinner glass of wine in the evenings. Lovely breakfast and I cannot speak highly enough about Hotel de Provence. Wonderful.

Was fortuntate to book one of the last rooms in this hotel after a poor experience with Airbnb. My stay here was a 5 star experience. Both the night and day staff were attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcomed. The room was well appointed and had everything needed for a beautiful trip. The location was also perfect for exploring Cannes by foot or with a very convenient ride share.

This hotel was such a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I booked it based on the great reviews, and it completely lived up to the hype. Jared and Julie, the owners, were so welcoming—they had a parking spot ready for us within five minutes (even though they didn’t know we had a car!) and let us check in early around noon, which was amazing after a long flight and drive. Every night at 7 PM, they offered a complimentary glass of wine from Jared’s family vineyard, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. The room had great AC, plenty of storage, and was super comfortable. We chose this spot for the location, and it was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. I’d absolutely stay here again!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The location is ideal, close to insert: city center, beach, attractions. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable – exactly what I needed for a relaxing stay.

We loved the penthouse , only 1 room on the roof top , very charming , good value , we will come back

An authentic hotel We chose this hotel because we had only seen positive reviews. it is a small charming hotel run by a young couple, we stayed in a room with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the small garden, as soon as we woke up there was sunshine in the room, we loved having our breakfast directly on the balcony and even in December, all the staff were so smiling and kind to us, housekeeping was spotless

Very charming!! The staff was very friendly and nice. Our room was wonderful, we didn't want to leave. The location of the hotel is great, it is with in walking distance of the croisette, restaurants, and shops.

This is a fantastic hotel. It is clean, welcoming and comfortable. It's in a great location as well. We arrived in the evening and checked in with ease. The room is small and cozy. There were water bottles, slippers and fluffy towels. There was also a fridge. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The wifi was also good. We had breakfast in the garden which was fruit, bread, whipped cheese, delicious coffee and a sweet waitress. The walk to the beach is easy but most of the beach is filled with hotel chairs and umbrellas. You have to walk down the boardwalk to find the public beach. We spent the day on the beach and ate from the street stall. It was a fantastic day. The water is cool and refreshing. Upon return to Cannes I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
