Hôtel de Silhouette

I’m usually hesitant to leave reviews for exceptional hotels because part of me wants to keep them a secret. But in this case, I have to give credit where it is due. Everything about this hotel was fantastic: the room, the incredibly helpful and friendly front desk staff, and the delicious breakfast. The location is perfect, right in town and just a short walk to the beach and other Biarritz highlights. Parking is also available for 25 euros per night.

Great location, safe parking, classy deco and great staff. We stayed for one night during a family road trip and it’s super convenient with parking, super central location and very attentive staff. To repeat if we’re ever in Biarritz again

Stayed here for 3 nights this week. What a fantastic place. Customer service was excellent throughout from welcome to farewell. Always pleasant and helpful. Hotel is really clean and room was spacious with everything you need for a short break. Housekeeping was consistently good throughout, good quality towels and comfy bed, 2 free bottles of water daily (one still, one sparkling) and top quality dyson hairdryer and Marshall speaker in situ! |The location is excellent with bars, restaurants, and shops on your doorstep. A carrefour supermarket is directly opposite. Only a short walk to the beaches and viewpoints. 15 minutes from the airport 16 euros by taxi or 2.30 euros for two by bus each way. Highly recommend staying here.

After making a booking, we contacted the hotel several times with questions about room amenities and nearby restaurants and attractions. We always received a prompt, friendly response. Located only 20 minutes from the airport, this discreet hotel is right in the heart of town near loads of shops, bars restaurants and the local market and a short stroll to the beach and great view points. A warm welcome and a speedy checkin. A modern, clean, and quirky hotel with top-notch gadgets from a dyson hairdryer, smeg kettle, marshall speakers, and Ortigia toiletries. Beautiful gardens and friendly helpful staff who always welcomed you home. A faultless stay and a definite first choice for a return trip.

A fantastic, homely and stylish hotel right in the centre of town. Service was excellent, in particular from Thomas, who couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. We’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stopover in Biarritz, and Hotel Silhouette is in an ideal location, with secure on-site parking. The room was spacious, and spotless with nice balcony overlooking the town. The staff were lovely and thanks again to the cleaners who found my wife’s Kindle before we were out of town.

A terrific stay at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of Biarritz. Everything about this stay was lovely, from the location (close to the Marché de Biarritz and a quick walk to the walking path along the cliffs) to the welcoming and helpful staff to lunch at the tree-shaded courtyard restaurant where the food was delicious. The room was a comfortable size with a large walk-in shower and a separate water closet. Large windows that open and let in the sea breeze made the temperature comfortable during our summer stay. The bed was comfortable and the linens were high quality and everything in the room was very clean.|||I must point out and commend the management and staff for one of the most amazing bits of customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. A bit of a long story, but it involved a package that I mailed at La Poste containing my shopping treasures while visiting Biarritz. The package was addressed to my non-France home address but was returned to the hotel address long after I had departed the hotel and France. Not only did the staff collect the package and let me know what had happened, they offered to send a staff member back to La Poste to repackage and re-mail the package to me. |||As a very frequent traveler who has traveled to over 90 countries, I have a lot of experience with hotels and customer service (or a lack of customer service), and I have to say that I was blown away by this display of customer care, and for a customer who was already gone from the property.|||The saga continued with the second mailing being returned to the hotel, and once again, they graciously assisted me with receiving the package and holding it in their office until a friend could come and pick it up in person. I cannot thank them enough for this great kindness and courtesy that they displayed and I cannot recommend them highly enough. You will be well taken care of by the staff of this hotel. They are simply outstanding, and I do not normally use those words for a hotel stay. Thank you, Hotel de Silhouette! You have a huge fan, and I will be planning another trip to Biarritz soon and I know exactly where I will stay.

A really good experience. The hotel is located até the city center and even if the roads are closed they help you to manage to get there. The staff was friendly and they speak properly Spanish and English. The decoration is from another world, modern and really really classy. The room was nice, with the proper size, and comfortable. We only had breakfast there and we enjoyed it, nice selection of fresh food.
