The breakfast is absolutely perfect — fresh, generous, beautifully presented, and exactly what you need before a full day on the slopes. The in-house restaurant is also a highlight: stylish, cozy, and serving consistently delicious dishes with great attention to detail. The entire hotel has a refined, chic atmosphere, from the lobby to the rooms. Everything feels well-designed, elegant, and welcoming. Service is friendly and efficient, adding to the overall premium experience. A truly enjoyable stay — highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and great food in Verbier.

Cosy little hotel with small spa (hot tub, hammam and sauna), great location and friendly staff. The restaurant Intenso has delicious food. Special thanks to the gentleman at the reception who called the office de tourisme to figure out what time I had to take the bus. Also special thanks to housekeeping who cleaned our room at 16:30 hours when we had forgotten to switch the sign to "please clean room".

What a fabulous place| We had an amazing stay here, the staff are so friendly and efficient. Decor, rooms, lounge, dining room all gorgeous |Lovely small touches like the rugs on the balcony chairs, Umbrella, toiletries etc. |We arrived very late but the staff arranged a virtual key app which allowed us access to our room. Parking very nearby, fabulous views.....cannot praise this place highly enough

I came to this amazing hotel for a weekend with my mom to escape from the heat. We had an amazing time, the hotel is stunning, the staff is very kind and helpful. Also the breakfast was very tasty. In addition the hotel gave us some vip passes that we used to buy the pass for the telecabine (very much appreciated) and when we entered the room a nice card with my name and a box of chocolates was waiting for us (also even more appreciated). I strongly recommend this hotel, I would rate it 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ and I will for sure come back. Thank you very much for having us!

I was here for part of the Verbier Festival I had a wonderful stay in your hotel. Everything was superb - the location right in the centre of town with most of the concert venues easily accessible on foot; the room with balcony was lovely, very comfortable with excellent service from your housekeeping team; the breakfast delicious with a great range of choices. And everyone has been so nice. Thank you for this beautiful experience surrounded by the Swiss Alps.

Enjoyed our stay. Great service, appreciated that they offered breakfast 1h earlier to serve the runners for the event. Great breakfast selection. Nice design across the hotel. Room was a bit noisy but that’s not the fault of the hotel but more related to the central location. There was a lot of noise on the streets in the middle of the night. Once windows wer closed, it was quiet.

Convenient location, beautifully designed rooms, amazing service and team, a great breakfast. Overall, a great experience and would definitely return. We were also kindly given an upgrade, and as it was for a birthday, the team prepped and gifed a little chocolate in the room
