If I could give them negative stars, I would.
Update: After everything, we were still charged the full amount despite not staying there and being told we wouldn't be charged. I called the hotel, the woman who was working never checked us out so their system shows we stayed all 3 nights when we were there for under 1 hour.
This place is NASTY and the customer service is atrocious. The lobby was dirty, and even though we were the only people there and had a reservation, it took over 30 minutes to check in. Then, we get to our room, and despite there being almost no one in the hotel, we were placed beside a room with multiple small dogs that barked constantly. The room had very clearly dried male ejaculation all over the nightstand, dust caked on the vents (it was fuzzy), the light in the bathroom was broken, there were no sheets on our bed, the sugar for the coffee was either already open and used or had been sprayed with cleaners, they didn't replace the coffee pods, there was hair on the pillows, the floors were dirty, and the room looked absolutely nothing like the photos and was about half the size of the online photos.
Given the state of the room, we went to the front desk, because we absolutely were not paying $140/night for something that disgusting. The woman at the front desk was very rude, making accusations that we were exaggerating, said she didn't remember us checking in 20 minutes before hand, and kept just rudely talking at us when we were calmly standing there not talking while we waited. After another worker came back with pictures she said she would refund the room so we could leave, but then refused to give us anything saying we wouldn't be charged and told us the charge wouldn't process. Well, we were in fact charged, so now we have to fight with the card company and Hotel Deco to get our money back. This is on top of us having to suddenly having to find a hotel at 9:30pm after driving for 9 hours.
Oh and cherry on top of the cake was that the only parking was valet, but the valet wouldn't park your car or even acknowledge you. He just sat inside the door to the hotel on his phone. He wouldn't even open the door for guests carrying all their luggage (because there is no luggage cart). And no, the valet wasn't some lazy young person, he was definitely at least 60-65 years old.
