What a fantastic way to start the year! The ambiance was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, setting the perfect tone for our experience. Jonathan, Eduardo, Carla, and Laura were all so warm and sweet, making us feel right at home. Francesco was an exceptional tour guide and driver—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire trip so much fun. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable start to the year!

As a travel journalist in the luxury niche, I am always staying at beautiful hotels. The Hotel de Parque did not disappoint. I stayed in the junior suite which was both stunning and charming. The gardens were beautiful and a wonderful place for solitude. Dining at both hotel restaurants also topped my list. A 5* experience!

I stayed at Hotel del Parque on both sides of a trip to The Galapagos Islands. The building has an interesting history. The rooms, common areas and grounds are so beautiful. The food is delicious. Many thanks to Laura and all the staff for their hospitality, assistance and recommendations. I'm a solo female traveler. My experience was feelings of comfort and safety.||Francisco of ProTrip was recommended by the hotel as a tour guide. He is fluent in English. I had the opportunity to see this beautiful city with a guide well-versed in the history, nature and customs of the area.

Great location and service. Johnathan Espinoza was exceptional. Best restaurant in town (Julian's) but you will need to splurge. The park is worth a visit if you have time. The team is very flexible and attentive. We couldnt ask for a better way to end our Galapagos trip.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel Del parque. The staff, including Jonathan, Eduardo, Laura, and Carla, were amazing—super helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, and the cleanliness of the hotel made for a very comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure spending our Thanksgiving holiday in the presence of your welcoming staff and beautiful hotel grounds. |The breakfast everyday at the Jardín was exceptional. There is a wide variety of Ecuadorean food. |Emily, Maria Gracia, Alberto and Gonzalo were always helpful and welcoming. They were attentive to any questions we had and they also offered options outside of the menu if you wanted something different for breakfast as well. |The room was very spacious and always clean!! The beds were very comfortable and room service at night was one of my favorite things. |My son loved to be around the flowers and peaceful garden while doing homework. It was very peaceful. |The bathroom was large and came with all the amenities. |Laura, Genesis, and Karen took care of me and they were so kind and responsive to all my questions before arriving! Amazing team! |The hotel is in a great location with a lot of choices of local shops, groceries, restaurants! Parque Histórico is attached to the hotel so you can put that on your to do list. |Jonathan was one of my favorites! He was always kind and so cordial! He was the last person I saw picking up my luggage at 2:30 am. They became a family after two weeks of staying there. |If you are looking for something secluded and well located this is the place to be!! Thank you!!!

Andres Eduardo x2 was amazing! I thought I had lost my cell phone between the airport and the hotel. I dropped it in the cab and Andres was able to find it and get it back to me. I thought I was going to need to cancel my phone, but thanks to Andres I got my phone back! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and service are excellent. I look forward to coming back again!

Beautiful charming hotel. Large comfortable rooms. Great food in three different venues. Great for short and long stays as well as special events. Outstanding warm and helpful staff. Situated in a beautiful park setting. Would definitely return!
