Excellent location but the best part of this hotel is the staff! Whatever I needed they could provide, with a kind word and a smile. Room was small but fully appointed, very clean and quiet. Felt safe at all times. Breakfast was mostly pastries but some had cheese and ham. All were fresh and delicious. And coffee in several different styles, hot and fresh.

Fantastic hotel, perfectly located to walk around the historical old town and down to the marina. Staff were lovely and very helpful, nothing too much trouble, and so welcoming. Comfortable bed and excellent shower! Good choice of breakfast items and lovely coffee! Definitely recommend 😊

I travelled Spain solo for several weeks and Hotel del Pintor was hands down the most welcoming, friendly and helpful hotel I stayed at. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the little touches like the welcome note and complementary biscuits made my stay extra special. The breakfasts are delicious and the team went out of their way to ensure I had a great experience. As a solo traveller, this service made all the difference to me and I loved my stay. It is very centrally located and a great choice.

Great hotel with average pricing. Professional and friendly services. The only problems was the location of the hotel was in a plaza where there are many people walking by, so it’s a bit loud at night. But it was not a problem for me, I slept just fine! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was delightful as was the sunny roof deck. Katie gave us great suggestions for tapas in the city as a great seafood restaurant on the beach via a short bus ride. We loved Malaga and the hotel as well, will return

This is a wonderful little city centre hotel for a city break. Our room was small but adequate and clean. Staff were delightful. They couldn’t have been more helpful. It is very convenient for visiting the old town of MALAGA. Breakfast was very good and served with a smile. Parking in their nearby parking garage was a little complicated but very secure. I would recommend parking in the public Alcazaba car park nearby.

Staff very friendly and helpful. The room we had was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast is more than worth the €9,90 they ask. Excellent coffee cetral location you can easily walk to all the main attractions, museums etc. I have no qualms about recommending this fr aceeejend or longer break.

Great location for walking around the historic district. I had specifically requested a quiet “back” room, but the first room we were given was right next to the elevator directly on the street, which is one of the few that allows cars & so rather busy. Upon request, they changed us to a higher floor near the back of the hotel. Don’t be mislead by their “breakfast cooked to order” promise on their booking sites: There is nothing “cooked” about it! Typical continental breakfast, but instead of a buffet, you select as much from the menu as you’d like, and it’s brought to your table.

Yelp
This was a nice little hotel right in the center of Malaga. They have a breakfast option that you can either pay for ahead of time or pay per day. It was nice, you have a few choices and I liked that. The rooms themselves are fine- they even write your name on the mirror! I was there for work so I wasn't very picky. They give you a water jug and the ability to fill it up in the lobby whenever you want. The walls are a little thin and the lights from the hallway does poke through the blinds but it's not terrible. I'd definitely go back.
