Hotel Del Rio

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Del Rio which is located just north of busy downtown San Pedro, but is still a very short walk to many great restaurants and bars on the water. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there is a convenient coffee/breakfast cafe located right on-site. The staff were all extremely welcoming and helpful, and the cabana style cabins added to the overall experience. A couple things to note: there was no AC in our room which didn't bother us but might be uncomfortable to some. The hotel is also walking distance to Wayo's Bar which is a great spot to go out at night, but also plays loud music until about 12am. Again, this didn't bother us at all, but might be a drawback to some. Overall this hotel was lovely and added to the enjoyment of our trip!

I travel here yearly and stay here and stay with the amazing staff at this stunning Hotel.This place is my second home and I consider the staff now my second family and have for several years now. I recently got married here and can't thank the owner and the staff for allowing us to do so.Thank you for always giving us a great time and a beautiful place to stay with amazing staff.

Review of Hotel del Rio, Belize||I recently stayed at Hotel del Rio in Belize, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The location is perfect—right on the beach, offering breathtaking views, and close to numerous fantastic restaurants like Cool Beans, Palapa Bar, and Nutty Crab.||Christine, the manager, was an incredible host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a seamless stay. From helping us set up golf carts and arranging tours to providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities, she truly knows everything about the area. You could reach out to her at any time, and she’d respond promptly and helpfully.||The hotel itself is charming, with a rustic vibe that fits perfectly with the beachside ambiance. Everything was spotless, from the bedsheets to the towels, and the attention to cleanliness was evident. The entire staff, including the security guard, was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.||The area around the hotel is safe and convenient, with plenty of dining options and easy access to the main attractions. Being right on Boca del Rio was such a bonus—it made exploring the town a breeze.||If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and perfectly located place to stay in Belize, I highly recommend Hotel del Rio. I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel with a perfect location and cozy atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and even helped me recover my passport after I left it there. Highly recommended!

I was blessed to go to the beautiful Hotel Del Rio, it was amazing. This place made the trip be over the top, the green and blue warm water was right out the front door; princess. The rooms were amazingly clean, the staff was very personal to everyone. The manager Christine was great, if there was anything we needed she provided. They don't have TV's in the rooms, it helped to focus on the trip making amazing. This was a trip that had a dual reason for me. I wanted to spend a priceless trip with great friends, also I was celebrating that I'm now cancer free. It made the trip even more special to me. I highly recommend you visit this hotel, I'm sure you'll love it. Thanks for making it so special Hotel Del Rio

Great location. Quiet but easy to access all the amenities. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Nice and quiet at night. There was a lovely coffee shop in the grounds serving the best coffee and breakfast baps. The staff were exceptional they went above and beyond. I haven’t seen anything like it on my whole trip.

Love the location of this hotel. Away from the noise and hustle and bustle of down town. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. There was a really nice coffee shop in the grounds. Great coffee. The staff were amazing. So knowledgeable

We loved this place! The location is convenient to resturants and on the beach. The room was confortable and the staff excellent! I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a beautiful view with lots of options for walking the local scene.
