Pleasant Stay at De La Ferns, Cameron Highlands I had a very pleasant stay at De La Ferns, Cameron Highlands. The cold, fresh mountain air was refreshing, and the room offered a beautiful mountain view, especially in the morning when the fog gently covered the hills, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The location is very strategic—peaceful and not crowded, yet still convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed with a charming country-style concept. Service was excellent, especially from the floor captain, Uncle Raju. He was very friendly and welcoming, and his teh tarik was truly memorable with a classic old-timer taste—highly recommended! There is a restaurant nearby, making it easy to find food, and a convenience shop located opposite the petrol station, which is very handy. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the cool climate of Cameron Highlands

Love this place! It preserved the quaint cozy atmosphere of original Cameron, not commercial like Genting. Excellent service, very warm staff. Rooms clean, got balcony, taller than usual rooms so quite airy and spacious. Came in January very cool, don’t even use the fan they provided. Next to main room so very convenient, came during weekday, 5-10mins to every attraction, can even come back to nap haha, no jam at all very smooth traffic. Just that if you’re VERY light sleeper maybe the noise from the road can bother u, but my hubby light sleeper no problem, room got provide ear plugs if needed but we didn’t use. Shell petrol station and fuel shack (awesome perfect beef burger) opposite only. Breakfast quite good spread, hearty. Totally love the vibes and the ferns you will love it if you like the cozy quaint small town vibe that Cameron offers, it brings you closer to nature.

Stayed at Hotel De’La Ferns, Cameron Highlands during the 2026 New Year holiday and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel has a charming English-style design that really suits the cool Cameron weather. The Deluxe room with Balcony and view was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing holiday. Staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful despite the busy festive season. The location is also great—easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The peaceful atmosphere made our New Year stay even more enjoyable, and we truly felt refreshed after the trip. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a cosy and memorable stay in Cameron Highlands. Would definitely come back again!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while in the Cameron Highlands in a junior suite. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with great views from two balconies. The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet location not too far from most of the attractions with a very handy service station and convenience store right across the road. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the staff in the hotel restaurant. The food both at dinner and breakfast was very good and all the staff were so willing to help and look after us. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Cameron Islands.

My recent stay at De La Ferns Hotel in Cameron Highlands was to celebrate my mother's birthday, and the entire experience was truly memorable, primarily because of the exceptional hospitality provided by the entire team. This hotel sets the standard for genuine guest service, and my mother was very well pleased! From the initial communication, the staff were warm, welcoming, and exceptionally attentive. A special shout-out must go to Sree, who exemplified their commitment to excellence. Sree was incredibly helpful—not only did they send a helpful reminder before our arrival, but they were attentive to every detail during our stay, and even followed up shortly after check-in to ensure we were settled and had everything we needed. This level of personalized care made the entire stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it was the professional and warm staff, especially Sree, that made the difference. If you are looking for a hotel experience where you feel genuinely cared for, look no further than De La Ferns. We highly recommend this hotel and sincerely appreciate Sree and the whole team for making our trip to Cameron Highlands so pleasant!

Didn’t regretted staying here during our staycation! The location is easy to find, hidden away from the hustle bustle city. You’ll feel calm staying here. -The room was great, the bathroom was spacious! -There’s no air con cuz the room itself is already cold -Deposit must be paid in CASH rm200 and me and husband didnt bring any cash at the time. Luckily, the receptionist suggest us to check in first and later can withdraw cash from a petrol pump across the road (you can walk). -Room is nice -Breakfast buffet was SPLENDID! The host / staff at the dining area was really helpful and welcoming. The food was also delicious, I loved their coffee! It was a memorable stay and no wonder a lot of people rate it highly ;)

I had a short staycation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was clean, cozy and blessed with a beautiful greenery view that created such a calming and soothing ambiance. The location was perfect, right between Pekan Tanah Rata and Brinchang, making all major attractions easily accessible. The food at Lemon Café was fresh and absolutely delicious. The breakfast buffet was good and everything tasted great. Special thanks to Mr. Raju, the Hotel Manager for his warm hospitality. He personally prepared very tasty teh tarik and served us crispy, hot roti canai for breakfast. We really appreciated the thoughtful gesture that truly brightened our morning. The staff also left a deep impression on us. Hamzah was friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. Aqilah from the restaurant was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful and dedicated. She delivered an outstanding service by thoughtfully arranging a beautifully decorated table for our anniversary dinner and served us personally throughout our dinner. Thanks to Aqilah👍 and we really enjoyed a wonderful candlelight dinner with delicious food, which made our stay even more unforgettable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that we will definitely be back! Great value for money, and highly recommended to everyone.

My 4-years old daughter said, “I like this hotel Mommy. It has hot tubs, balcony, elevators, it looks awesome. And it has nice breakfast as well.” We had the usual twin beds, with hot tubs. No aircond, but the CH wasn’t that hot in the noon. The breakfast is just as nice, and with so many choice of food. Everything is KIDS FRIENDLY. Friendly and helpful staffs towards parents with children. We had the jam making class as well. Super worth it!
