The staff knows how to welcome the guests. All of the staff is always available to give you the best possible experience. From the first moment we arrived, the hosts managed our luggage along the stairs and a senior looking and undoubtedly cigar loving man, processed us most efficiently through the reception whilst giving us a comprehensive update on the must visits and best places to have lunch and dinner. We felt immediately welcome. An the young multilingual and always kind brunette at the counter booked our perfect spot in what must be the most romantic restaurant on the Island, Il Geranio, overseeing the gardens of Emp. Augustus and the beautiful bay. We enjoyed our stay in a great room, nicely sized and perfectly maintained by an always smiling and very available housekeeping team. The breakfast service was above average but simple at the same time. A nice variety of cereals, pastries, and of course the incontournable mozzarella cheese, veggies and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit made it perfect for me. We spent in between our walks and visits quite some moments enjoying the swimming pool. Our host at the pool, Chris, made us being annual guests. In short, a great ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ experience. Our overall stay was absolutely wonderful. The bartender Chris was especially very welcoming, friendly and always greeted us with a smile. He went out of his way throughout the duration of our stay to accommodate our every needs. The manager Francisco, and Jamaica at the front desk we’re also very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The pool area was beautiful, and the breakfast buffet was very good. Transportation to and from the port were excellent, and the staff was very well organized. One negative, is our bed was not the most comfortable; however, I would highly recommend this hotel with a five star rating. -Steve and Sharon Frank

The Hotel is located just a few minutes away from Capri town centre with its wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, funicular, gardens and beach. Access to the Hotel is down a set of steps/ramp, which may be challenging for those with physical handicaps.||As soon as you walk into quiet, cool lobby you are greeted by very friendly staff who are very happy to advise on the areas to visit of interest. Local map provided and highlighted. ||The room allocated to me was very spacious and was facing the outdoor swimming pool and bar. despite this there was no noise heard in the room. Room service is available if required. ||For Capri, this was definitely value for money in comparison the other hotels available. ||Staff maintained the cleanliness of the room and the hotel grounds to a high standard.||A small swimming pool near to the bar was perfect for a wind down after exploring the island. A perfect time to recover before enjoying the nightlife of the island.||A great touch by the Hotel is the porter service to carry the luggage back up the hill. A godsend!!||Highly recommend this Hotel for its great location to explore the island and away from the bustle of the Marina and Town Centre.

We stayed here in September and had such a great experience. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, which made our stay in Capri even more special. Would absolutely stay here again!

A very nice hotel with kind staff and beautiful view of the sea. Very nice terrace and swimming pool. The pool is always open (which is very compared to the hotels that close their pool around 20:00. Nothing beats a swim late in the evening, after dinner).||The location of the hotel is excellent: between the city center and the beach but still a quiet location. We arrived Monday August 25 and left Thursday August 28, 2025. Highly recommended.

Great hotel, we would recommend. Stayed with my mother and 4yr old daughter. Front desk were always helpful and accommodating. Pool was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed the short walk into the centre of Capri every evening.

Exceptional service! Everyone was super kind and informative. Fernando was extremely helpful with our luggage and getting us a taxi set up to reach back to the ferry upon departure and arrival. If we ever come back to capri I would consider staying here again!

Kristana was exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, always welcoming us with a smile and ensuring every detail was perfect. His courtesy and warm attitude truly enhanced our experience at the hotel, making us feel at home throughout our stay.

If you're heading to Capri, you have to make it out to Marina Piccola! Easily accessible by public transportation since there's frequent stops with the trollies from the main part of town. We were spoiled ourselves since we stayed at Hotel Weber Ambassador so it was only a short block from our room. Tucked away on the south part of the island this tiny strip is paradise. Water is perfect temperature to take a dive so anticipate to spend the afternoon here if you can! There's a few restaurants on the beach that offer chairs if you don't have a mat or towel. Do it!!! Go now!!!!

This place is unreal. So quaint so in the heart of the marina yet quite with views to die for. The people who work there are so accommodating but do not crowd you. I would go back in a heartbeat and in fact will. I miss you Sorrento

Lovely little hotel near Via Roma and within walking distance of main piazza. Superb hospitality. Surprised there were no prior reviews on Yelp. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed here for 3 nights while on the island of Capri. Arriving on the island, we had to take a cab up to the hotel. It is much too long of a walk on the winding roads. The cab ride was 20 Euros. We called the hotel before getting into the cab to let them know we had arrived. The had a porter waiting at the top of the hill to take our bags down to the hotel. The old streets are so small and narrow, that cars cannot drive on them. From the main street, via Roma, it is about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. The feel of the hotel is that of a beach resort. There is a wide open lobby, that led to a walkway that is outside. No air conditioned hallways! The room was beautiful. We had a junior suite on the second floor. The hotel has 3 floors, and if you are on floor 2 or 3, you will have a view of the ocean from your balcony. If you are on the first floor, you will only see the pool. We had a king size bed with a large couch and two chairs in the room. The bathroom is also spacious, including a large walk in shower, that two people can easily fit into . There is also a complimentary breakfast, which included eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheese, as well as various sweets. The pool is where we spent most of our time. It is an average size, with a kids pool off to the side. There are about 20 pool chairs surrounding the pool, but beware they do fill up in the early afternoon, so go early if you plan on being out there for a while. There is also a bar out by the pool, where you can get drinks. Next to the bar, there are tables you can go sit at and have lunch. They have a decent sized menu for salads and light pasta dishes. For 1 caprese salad, and pasta dish, with a bottle of water, it will run you about 28 Euros. I will say the quality was really good. We also had a couples massage, which is provided by an outside company who will come to the hotel for your appointment. The couples massage was 190 Euros for 1 hour. I would pass on this. Definitely not one of the better massages I have had. The staff was very friendly. The room was made up multiple times a day, and we always had fresh towels. The location was great as well. We were only a 5 minute walk to via Roma, which takes you to the main square and famous shopping streets of Capri. I would highly recommend!
