We family of four (2 adults and 2 kids under 6 yrs) at Hotel Deloix on an all-inclusive basis and were very disappointed with the overall hospitality and service quality, especially considering this is advertised as a 4-star resort.|Key Issues were|1. Dietary Requirements Ignored:|Despite contacting the hotel two weeks before arrival and sending a reminder about our vegetarian dietary needs, we received no response. At time of check-in, they acknowledge receipt of my request while talking to them. And we were told to speak to buffet staff before meals, but they were unprepared and uninformed. There were no allergen or vegetarian labels on any dishes, and when we ask staff often didn’t know what was in the food. On one occasion, we were served rice with prawns and ham despite clearly requesting vegetarian meals. Ultimately, we had to eat outside, making the all-inclusive package a waste.||2. Snack Bar Confusion:|The snack bar was our only reliable option, but even here, staff wasn’t clear about what was included in the all-inclusive plan. Random charges appeared on our bill without explanation. ||3. Language Barrier:|Very few staff were welcoming or willing to assist non-Spanish-speaking guests. Most seemed to avoid interaction, making us feel unwelcome.||4. Towel Deposit Issue: |I was charged with €16 deposit for towels, which was supposed to be refunded upon refunded back to card. Instead, it was added to our bill with no clear explanation, and staff refused to discuss it.||5. Hotel Room|Heater issue reported several times and checked by a technician but issue not fixed but we were not informed. Checked with reception on 4 to 5 times all been informed it is fine but they asked technician to come show operation of heater then only they agreed that there is an issue with heater and not working. At the end, after 14 hours since first reporting at night 10 pm they offered us another room. Kindly let us sleep in new room at night and move the luggage next day morning. But main issue is transparency among hotel staff with customer.||Overall:|The lack of communication, no attention customer dietary request and inconsistent service made this stay disappointing. For a 4-star hotel, we expected much better hospitality and organization. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Hotel Deloix for international guests or those with dietary requirements.
