Got back on the 4th October after a lovely week at the hotel Deloix. Nice spacious room, good size shower, perfectly adequate hairdryer and clean towels every day. Hand wash, shampoo and body wash were provided in dispensers. There is a fridge in the room which is stocked, we only used it for water. Food was lovely, I have to say as a vegetarian I was a bit limited for choice, but I never once went hungry, lovely soups, plenty of salads and fruit, had to keep an eye on the salads though as they tend to put meat and fish in a few dishes. Porridge was really nice in the morning 😋 evening entertainment was ok, never had to wait long for a drink, but the best thing is the door doesn’t open to the pool until 10 so no one can save a sunbed, we had no trouble getting a great spot by the pool every day. The hotel is relaxing, the staff are friendly and helpful, overall we had a lovely week here, thank you ☺️

We spent October half term at this hotel. We found the location to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Benidorm itself but a gentle stroll or quick bus ride into the centre or old town. The bus stop is literally outside. ||We had a room overlooking the outdoor pool and it was very peaceful. Lovely large balcony. There were 4 of us in a double room with sofa bed. Plenty of room for us. ||The hotel was spotlessly clean. Every morning the cleaning staff were out cleaning communal areas and they do a fantastic job. Our room was cleaned daily, fresh towels and it felt and smelt fresh every day - the cleaning team are a credit to this hotel. ||Entertainment was varied but quite a late start time for both the mini disco and filling acts.||Evening meal didn’t start until 7:30pm which was quite late with little ones but there was the option of swapping evening meal for lunch if half board. ||Outdoor pools were cold but it didn’t stop my teenage son swimming outdoors. Indoor pools were lovely and warm, swimming caps must be worn indoors. ||My 3 year old loved the soft play and it is a great addition for little ones. Outdoor play area is also great and better for a wider range of ages. ||The games room costs money so if you want to use anything you need lots of euro coins. ||The food was the area I feel could be improved more. Breakfast was usually luke warm at best. Often had to wait a while for things to be replenished (particularly the fried eggs!) There was plenty of choice and something for all. Evening meals - Choice of soups, salads and main meals. Not always a lot of choice however that could just be me being picky.||Overall we had a lovely week and were pleased with our choice of hotel.

This is a fabulous hotel ! We have visited here about 7 times, the same week in September. |It is a very clean hotel and rooms are spacious. The staff are very friendly and the food is good, plenty of choice . We usually choose half board which can be interchangeable if you want to go in for lunch some days instead of dinner . |There is plenty of entertainment around the hotel, ( not so great entertainment in the hotel itself, albeit it does have a children's disco every night which seems popular) lots of bars in the street, but the hotel bar is a friendly place to sit also , especially at the front. |Its not in the throng of the main part of Benidorm and seems to be situated more near the residential part. Iceland and Aldi are very close by if needed for water, etc.

On the whole the hotel was clean, the bar staff and reception were very friendly. Cleaners were very polite and always greeted you even when just passing by. |The room we had on mezzanine level was ok. The beds were comfortable, there is ample space for clothes and accessories. There was a small fridge that was filled with 2 small waters, 2 beers, 2 colas and some nuts. There was no price list. As far as information about the hotel, spa, just general information there was an information folder… but nothing in English, they cater for Spanish and German tho!|There was a list of channels for the tv but they were not correct. We had to go to reception and request maintenance because our sink was blocked and not draining, the man came quickly and fixed it although it did leave a stench for a while. |The indoor pool was nice, you do have to wear a swim cap that can be purchased at the bar. |If you go half board as we did- your breakfast is included then you can either have lunch or dinner. This was a good idea because sometimes you want to venture out in the day time and have dinner there or stay around the hotel and have dinner outside. |The big let down for me was the food, the lack of labels or signs to clearly say what 80% of the food was was not available. My husband doesn’t eat pork and the amount of times he had a portion of mixed salad to find ham or bacon init, foods cooked with bacon or ham was crazy. The chefs on the grill were very hit or Miss. when asking what meat they were cooking ( to double check for my husband as he had lost all faith) I was often met with grumpy, rude answers. It’s meant to be waiter service for drinks but we often had to go and order our drinks otherwise we would be left. Plate clearing was incredibly slow, we found ourselves clearing our own plates just to make room on the tables. I gave up with going for breakfast after the fourth day, the hot food was not hot or even warm on some occasions. |The location is great! Far enough away from the hustle n bustle of Benidorm life but close enough for a walk. |You can only use cash at reception, everywhere else you either have to use card or put it on your room card to be paid when checking out. There was little to no entertainment, which to be honest suited us fine. |Would we go back? Probably not no, but it was ok!

Stayed here with my two teenage sons.|Adult roof top pool and bar is lovely. Indoor pool (requires hat) and out door pool large, clean and great atmosphere. No shortage of sun loungers. Towels supplied, deposit required and charge of 1 euro each towel to wash. |Hired bikes and the hotel cycling indoor storage and facilities were very impressive. The hotel is a 20 minute walk to the sea. It has a few bars close by (5 min walk). |Room was clean, modern, huge balcony. |Gym is just alright, lacks weights. Sauna is 15euro to use! Decent games room. |We stayed Breakfast and Meal board, so could choose between lunch or dinner which were both amazing but you've to pay for all drinks including water. Breakfast wasn't great and the two different omelette makers need advice on how ones made! Shortage of cups, cutlery at times though resolved eventually. |Bar was 3.50 euro for a large beer ( not a pint) |Would return for sure.

The hotel is located away from the beach, but everything you need is nearby. The food was delicious, but breakfast was the same every day. Most of the staff in the restaurant were friendly, but one older gentleman was rude. He didn't provide us with glasses for our drinks. Overall, we rate this hotel highly. The rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff were very nice.

Good points - hotel pool is huge but very cold however also have indoor heated pool. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Bar prices are reasonable. Spa available at extra cost. Location is quiet with an easy 25 minute walk to the seafront||Bad points - food.mainly lukewarm warm and meat is indescribable, soup was good at dinner and omelette station at breakfast. Unless you are all inclusive you have to buy your water at dinner/lunch. Hotel also hosts large functions eg. weddings. If your room overlooks the courtyard the noise will be loud until 4am!

This is a hotel that does pretty much everything well. It’s excellent.||We arrived late, just before dinner closed. The receptionist said “Don’t worry about finishing check in. Put your luggage in the cupboard, enjoy your dinner and come back and I will have everything ready for you.” We were off to a very good start.||Sticking with food, we were on a deal which was full board including wine with lunch and dinner. All meals were buffets, and all were delicious. As well as standard fare there some great items that you never see in the UK, for example rabbit (which was superb).||Breakfast was good, although bacon and ‘English’ sausage weren’t great. Better to try the more local alternatives. Scrambled eggs were superb mind, and baked beans (when we managed to find them - for your reference they are in an unlabelled cauldron near the oatmeal) were high quality. They also have a toaster that actually works! If you’re UK based you’ll be impressed by some of the condiments: HP sauce and Lea & Perrins for example. Continental options were good and the fresh breads delicious.||Lunch and dinner were very similar but always really good. Hot and cold options were many and varied. The ‘freshly grilled in front of you’ meat, fish and vegetable items were excellent, although I did once catch an undercooked (raw in the middle) piece of pork.||Hot meats on the buffet were the stars of the show for me. Beef, pork, chicken, lamb and the aforementioned rabbit, all cooked in different ways. Fish and seafood was also very good.||Star of the lunch service was always a huge and properly made paella (with wonderful caramelised soccorat). Content changed on a daily basis. Don’t miss it!||We chose white wine as part of our deal. For house wine the quality was good, and it was always properly chilled.||Service was always great and boy do the staff work hard.||The pool was lovely. Large enough for a decent swim, and entry was by a long gentle slope at one end and steps at the other. Sunloungers were comfortable and plentiful, as were tables.||The floors, inside and out, were scrubbed and cleaned every day.||My room was lovely. The bed was large and comfortable. The AC worked well, was very easy to use and cooled the room gently. The bathroom was in good condition, immaculately clean and the shower had decent power. There was also a mini bar which provided a variety of drinks (at extra cost). I didn’t buy anything from the mini bar, but it was useful as a fridge for a fridge for my own soft drinks and water. ||Most impressive was my balcony. It was large, had good furniture but most impressive of all was the planting. My room was on the first floor, so I had plants beyond the balcony at my level, plants draping down from the balcony above and trees coming up from the courtyard below. Really lovely. ||Staff didn’t wear name badges so I can’t credit individuals other than Jesus, who was on reception at the dining room for a number of services. He was efficient, very charming and highly amusing.||Pricing for rooms and full board was very keen, so I can’t fault the value for money. Extras such as drinks at the bar were reasonably priced. One strange quirk was that you couldn’t pay with cash at the bar. Instead the bar gave you a slip, you paid in cash at reception, they stamped it and you took it back to the bar. A bit bizarre but it worked reasonably well. Wouldn’t be great if it was busy. ||The location is great. Close enough to the strip but not too close. It’s up a fair slope from the beach and what you notice most are the mountains that surround the hotel. Lovely. If you want any extra drinks and snacks there is an Aldi, Lidl and Iceland all in easy walking distance. ||Entertainment is pretty average. Typically ‘one man bands’ playing with a backing track, or strange performance artists. You might like that - I don’t!!||In summary this hotel is pretty much flawless. I recommend it very highly.
