Hotel Deloix Aqua Center

Greeted by a lovely reception seating area and bar,friendly helpful receptionists,all the staff in every department want congratulating,they are a credit to themselves. Good size rooms, cleaned every day to a great standard. Food was a touch above usual AI in my opinion,drinks good. The hotel is just up from benidorm palace,great for a quieter stay but only 5 mins bus ride into centre. Met a lot of people who having been going for years,we could see why. Would definitely return.

15th visit to this lovely hotel. Always being kept up to date and immaculate. We are always made to feel at home by Tomas and his excellent staff. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy for the night. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Must say never done a review before but have so enjoyed staying at the hotel, the food is fre⁶sh evey meal time staff only to Happy to help ,rooms a bit dated but comfortable. This is my second time and enjoyed more than the first time,with it being so close the night life as well make for the best of both worlds just a night round hotel or a mad one on the strip

What can i say about this hotel that is nothing but good. From the moment we checked in till the moment we checked out!|The room was spotless..cleaned daily ...the food we were half board was superb and different every day ...served lovely and hot off the griddle and something for everyone..|Evening entertainment was there if you wanted it ..if not there was a games room and a lovely terrace that you could sit out and have a drink.|Stones throw from main Benidorm strip and beach..|The pools were great ..indoors a swimming hat was needed but that was fine as the experience in the hot tubs..lazy river were great. Outside a big pool with snack bar ..drinks and plenty of sunbeds ...|The staff were so welcoming and friendly nothing was too much.|Beautiful wedding the weekend we were there and lovely to see ..|The hotel caters for all ..last weekend not only the wedding but also children with disabilities ..they all behaved well and loved the entertainment..this week we had a holiday group of blind people and they were so friendly |The hotel is such a gem on the quieter outskirts of Benidorm...we have booked already to go again next year...

Have visited here 3 times in less than a year. Rooms are spacious. We stayed in block 3 on the 3rd floor. I noticed this last visit the cleaning was of not so good standard as previous stay. Had half board but hardly ate there at all, usual choices but served Luke warm. The crockery could do with replacing as worn and tired. |Selling point are the swimming pools. Have yet to see the roof top bar and pool open.|Overall it’s a good location for a base but hotel is tired and dated and in need of a re vamp.

It was our first time staying at this hotel. Lovely hotel, very clean, staff were lovely and very helpful, accept for one lady on the snack bar by the pool, she was just always grumpy!! The beginning of the week was lovely but unfortunately on the Friday a Spanish football tournament turned up and spoilt the rest of the stay at the hotel. They just took over, they were loud, rude and just out of control. Even the poor life guard couldn't control them in the pool area. He was constantly shouting at them but they werent listening. Even the adults with them were rude and very loud. We have a 3 year old and they took over the play area and she was knocked over and scared to play in the play area as they would push her out the way. Everyone staying in the hotel said the same. Talking to other guests that stay here regular, said this is happening more often, so for this reason we would probably not stay here again, which is a shame as it is a lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel, great ambient. Clean rooms, good location. The only bad thing is the food. We had halfboard. Breakfast - cold eggs, dinner - not really tasty. But the personnel very kind. Good thing of the hotel is also outside pool and underground parking garage. If we’d go again, we would book it without halfboard and eat outside.

we have just come back from 2 weeks in hotel it will be our 10th visit hotel his spotlessly clean rooms are great can't fault it .pool area is great loads of beds lovely large pool .my only concern his the food its never been the best but this time it was worse we were always down first thing for breakfast food not warm so I just put it in microwave. didn't see any English bacon or sausage for all holiday.we had lunch every day instead of evening meal nice salads but not much choice of anything else it's the only thing that let's hotel down it won't stop us going to hotel as everything else is perfect
