It was a guesthouse similar to Airbnb, with only a few rooms and no elevator. The female staff member at the front desk was rude, arrogant, and racially discriminatory.

What I wrote is the truth based on my own experience, and it is my responsibility to warn other travelers when a place provides poor service. Unlike what you claim, I do leave 4–5 star reviews for hotels that treat guests well — just not yours. Your dismissive and accusatory reply only reinforces the unprofessionalism I experienced. You do not need to worry about me “lying,” because I know exactly what I went through. Instead of attacking guests, perhaps take this as an opportunity to reflect on how your staff treated me. You may try to twist the narrative, but you cannot change what I experienced. Your aggressive reply only reinforces why my review was necessary in the first place.
