On arrival at this hotel, we received a hostile reception. We were first given ze rules of the hotel in stern English. This was in the style of the French Gendarme/Police interrogation and was in no way welcoming. It then got worse. We were then told by the hotel receptionist that she would only tell us about the hotel after we had paid our hotel bill in full in advance. There was no welcome. In addition, this hotel is 6 km from Montpellier town centre and is not in the city centre as is described. The directions to the hotel as were provided prior to check in and on the hotel website are very poor and are difficult to follow, Our room was clean, small and quiet with a good shower. We did not eat breakfast or any other meal in the hotel. Breakfast instructions were conveyed to us in an equally hostile manner. Our first impressions of this hotel (thanks to its hostile receptionist) left us with a very bad taste in the mouth. We would not stay here again. Pas merci

A friendly small, comfortable hotel with modern rooms set in a pair of period houses. Underground parking round the corner, which is a big plus so close to the city centre. Steep steps up to the door and no lift in the building but the staff are eager to help with the luggage if required. Outlook at the front over the arched water conduit which used to supply the city. Easy walking to the city centre through the magnificent Peyrou park. Nice and quiet and good restaurants in the vicinity.

Stayed there last summer. The room was clean, the location is great to walk to downtown. It had an amazing Boulangerie just 2 blocks away, there’s also a farmer’s market on Saturday’s and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. The girls at the reception are super friendly. There’s no elevator but I got assistance with my luggage. We came back two months later and all was the same. My favorite boutique hotel in the area.

Good location opposite the aqueduct, close to the old town. Small rooms (even the large superior queen rooms) and small bathrooms. Very kind, sincere service from the front desk staff. Breakfast additional at 12€/person. AC works well. Public parking garage close by with a hotel negotiated rate.

We were made to feel very welcome by friendly helpful staff. Great breakfasts order night before. Great dinner options from limited menu. Rooms very clean (and compact). Very enjoyable three-night stay.

We stayed here during a recent visit to Montpellier. The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the centre in a residential area. The hotel is very modern with comfortable rooms and modern bathroom. Y|The staff at the hotel were very helpful.||The breakfast was nice with a good choice.||The only slight negatives are parking is challenging near the hotel and we found the rooms a bit dark.||Overall we would stay here again.

The individual accommodations were small but comfortable. However, you’re staying in medieval village with a view of the aqueduct. You walk out the front door to a market where you can get a taste of the south of France. Worth the stay.

Yelp
In front of Les Arceaux which is lit up at night (great view if you have a front room). Perfectly clean Very small No elevator Quiet Area Safe Area (15 min walk from center) Pricing is okay (Approx 100 to 120 Euros per night.) You can add paid breakfast and paid parking near by.

Yelp
Rooms are a bit small but very nice. What really makes the place outstanding is the friendly staff and the tropical garden in the back where one can have breakfast and light meals (salads, etc.). We stayed 8 days, and we were sorry to leave.
