I spent an entire week staying in this hotel with my partner and the experience has been superb. The rooms were cleaned twice daily with bottle of water refills. The hotel's location is close to many tourist spots that is easily accessible. The staff has also been extremely attentive, efficient, and accomodating especially Miss Cat. She had been in correspondence with us throughout the time of our stay - giving us countless of recommendations of where to eat & what to do in Ho Chi Minh City - which is perfect as this is our first time traveling here. She even allowed us to get in touch with the pastry chef, Mr. Tam, who has been making incredible sour dough bread every day for breakfast. Additionally, Miss Ngoc had also been pleasant to speak with as she handled many of the tasks in the Sky Lounge. This hotel has exceeded my expectations and will definitely be revisiting when I return to Vietnam.

This hotel is truly exceptional with outstanding service. The staff were extremely professional and consistently kind throughout our stay. One thing that really impressed us was the food quality — from the breakfast buffet to in-room dining. Their wagyu pho was especially delicious and full of flavor.||The bed was very comfortable, and we loved spending time at the infinity pool and rooftop bar. Special thanks to Nhut, who was incredibly kind and always checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay.||Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return in the near future.

Elegant hotel close to downtown Saigon. Service was excellent. Club has a great view of the city. Wonderful to be able to select from cocktails at the Club. Rooftop bar has a very cool vibe. Didn’t love the room configuration. It didn’t feel spacious and the bathroom didnt have quite enough privacy for us (for others it might be fine). Also heard a bit of music from the bar (we were on 18th floor). But overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

I booked as part of the AMEX fine hotel promotion so it’s very satisfied with the credit application. All aspects of dining and cocktails was excellent. The concierge was also excellent and suggested a spa as they don’t have a spa on site and it was thoroughly enjoyable and not overpriced. Overall, I thought this was cozy, very well appointed hotel excellent location for walking in the area and as a solo, single traveler, I particularly enjoy where I could walk around the area without any concern. It was also less congested than other areas were high end hotels are located.

I stayed in Hotel des Arts in Saigon with a group of ladies last October 2025. The hotel is very impressive, well managed and just beautiful. We enjoyed immensely everything from the very start to the end. From the miusic on the rooftop bar and fine wines, through excellent dinner in Albion and sound sleep untill a great breakfast. The service is fabulous, the rooms are nicely furnished offering good sleep. The location cannot be better. Hotel des Arts Saigon is a very special place! Unassuming from the street and first lobby entrance, it is an excellent hotel I would most definitely book again in the future. During my travel on this trip, I stayed at 5 separate 5-star hotels and this was definitely the best service. Buffet breakfast was phenomenal -- and again with the best service. There were staff members ready and anticipating our needs. The selection was top notch providing needed almond milk (couldn't find at other 5-star stays on this trip) and even a delicious salad selections (not your average iceberg but prepared roasted beet with cashews!). Fresh crepes couldn't be beat either. Laundry service was prompt and above expectation. Also, front desk staff went above and beyond. We didn't love the strong scent of the room soaps, so after asking at the front, they seemingly went out and bought us an alternative high-end option. Bell-persons were kind, talkative and friendly. They were ready to help at mere eye contact. The rooftop bar was a pleasant surprise as well. So easy to just pop up for a drink and some music.

My anniversary trip to Saigon was made more memorable by Hôtel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection. The hotel excels in many aspects, though it has a few minor flaws worth mentioning.​ First, the thoughtful, human-centered service stood out. For our anniversary, the hotel decorated our room and prepared a cake and white wine in advance—a sweet surprise that made us feel valued. Staff greeted us with genuine smiles, and housekeeping resolved room issues promptly, showing strong professionalism.​ The hotel’s unique French retro-art decor is another highlight. Walking through the lobby and our room felt like stepping back to the Renaissance. Curated artworks, elegant furniture, and soft lighting created a romantic, sophisticated ambiance—ideal for our anniversary.​ The comfortable bedding was a treat after daily sightseeing. The mattress had perfect firmness, pillows and sheets were soft and clean, and we woke up refreshed each morning, ready for adventures.​ Breakfast was also delightful. The spread was exquisite, with diverse options like fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The lounge’s à la carte menu stood out most—our ordered dishes were tasty, well-prepared, and memorable.​ However, improvements are needed. The room was a bit small: after placing luggage, space felt cramped, making movement inconvenient.​ On our first day, the bathroom had issues: the sink was broken (water wouldn’t drain), and the door lacked a water barrier—showering caused leaks everywhere. Luckily, staff fixed these quickly after we reported them, minimizing disruption.​ Another letdown was a room service mix-up. We requested the free bubble bath service, but staff brought a chargeable Lush bomb instead—no prior cost notice. This was frustrating, as it was an unexpected extra expense.​ Overall, our stay was largely enjoyable. Outstanding service, lovely decor, comfortable bedding, and great breakfast more than offset these small issues. I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a romantic, culturally rich stay in Saigon—especially for anniversaries. With larger rooms and clearer communication on service charges, it could easily be a full five-star experience.

This hotel was amazing! 5 star elegance at a very reason rate! From the moment I checked in and got a welcome drink (I loved it so they gave me another) to getting tours arranged, restaurant recommendations (both upscale and amazing street food) you name it and it was taken care of. I actually had an unfortunate situation with my traveling companion. He left Vietnam for the day and couldn’t get back in due to visa restrictions. The hotel was great in this situation. They packed his belongings and shipped them back without issue. Great experience all around!
