Wonderful hotel in a great location with amazing team. Our room was spectacular - spacious, clean, quiet and everything you could ask for on vacation. Being an Accor member meant, gift on arrival, free drink at the bar and our booking include executive lounge access with complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea cocktail hour. Staff were so accommodating and could not have done anymore to make our stay so enjoyable. Breakfast was superb with plenty of choices and freshly replenished or cooked. Just love the Vietnamese Iced Coffees. Spa was great too. Only thing I would add is that we would have used the rooftop pool more if there was better shade for hot afternoons.

This is a beautiful and modern true five star hotel. A had a very pleasant stay for two nights. I did not get an upgrade, but was instead offered free laundry (six pieces). Fair enough, although I would have preferred a complimentary breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff and a really nice and modern room. The cocktail bar is very cosy and serves great cocktails, served with high quality snacks and the rooftop bar is also nice. If I should mention one bad thing, it has to be the small pool area. The pool itself is very nice with a perfect view over the city, but there are too few sunbeds and no shade. It gets hot very fast. If you are fair-skinned like me you will burn fast. All in all a fantastic stay and would gladly return, should I visit Saigon again.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The lounge on 22nd floor was very convenient and comfortable. Great breakfast selections. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great location, within walking distance to many local attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. And concierge Loc was extremely helpful ensuring we received a delivery package prior to our departure.

I’ve stayed at Hotel des Arts Saigon, MGallery Collection twice in a row now (once each year for the past two years), and it’s become my go-to spot in Ho Chi Minh City whenever I’m in town. The location in District 3 is unbeatable, walking distance to district 1 and everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The art deco vibe, rooftop pool, and overall aesthetic are stunning. It really lives up to the MGallery boutique luxury promise. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff and hospitality, they are absolutely outstanding. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone is warm, attentive, and genuinely goes above and beyond. They remembered my preferences from my previous stay, and handled every request with a smile. The service here is easily 5-star level and makes you feel like royalty. That said, I’ve noticed some negligent maintenance issues that prevent me from giving a full 5 stars. During both visits, at least one elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient in a 20+ floor building. More noticeably, the mattresses are cheap box-spring types that are incredibly noisy, every movement causes loud creaks and squeaks, which disrupted my sleep significantly and was covered with a mattress topper. I also spotted areas where walls appeared half-repainted (patchy sections with mismatched colors or unfinished touch-ups), which gave parts of the hallways and rooms a slightly unkempt feel. For a property of this caliber, I’d expect quieter, higher-quality bedding and more consistent upkeep throughout. Please be aware that there is a 5% fee up charge and 8% VAT tax and they do take all major credit card carriers. The prices here are severely overvalued and overpriced at sometimes well over 10x the market price so their margins are astronomical. Imported goods may also not be the best quality compared to what you would get out of the country so be open minded. It may get loud at times because they do host events here and they do have a rooftop bar as well as loud street venues but they do give you ear plugs. If you are here for business then please be aware that not all RJ45 ports work here so its a hit or miss. If they do work then the internet is functionally adequate but certainly not the fastest. They throttle the internet speeds here and I tested an average of 13 mbps. Overall, I still highly recommend Hotel des Arts for its charm, location, and exceptional staff. I’ll likely return again, but I hope management addresses these maintenance details soon to make it truly flawless. Great stay otherwise!

We stayed for five nights while attending my nephew’s wedding. My husband and I had a corner room with lovely views. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable overall. Hotel location close to various attractions. There were only a couple of minor issues. First, the toilet paper crumbled a bit too easily. Second, the family next door had a child who frequently had screaming tantrums, which unfortunately became our morning alarm and continued anytime they were in their room. Aside from that, everything else was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and they served the best salted coffee we have ever had anywhere. We still dream about it, LOL. Most notably, the service was the best we have experienced at a hotel. Every staff member was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They truly make an effort to remember their guests. We would absolutely stay here again, especially for the outstanding service and that unforgettable salted coffee.

Very stylish hotel in a great location. Feels elegant but still comfortable. Rooms are nice but small . the rooftop bar is a big highlight with great views. Staff are polite and helpful. Breakfast has many choices and good quality. Try the pho. Good option if you want something a bit more special in Saigon and not just a basic city hotel. You can walk everywhere so its good base.

I have had an excellent time at the hotel's buffet restaurant. The atmosphere was refined and tranquil, whereas the food was exquisite and delectable. I was especially impressed by the wide range of dishes on offer, which kept me coming back to sample more. I wish to extend my personal thanks to Ms. Ngân and Mr. Cường, as well as the servers - An Khang, Thiên Bình, Minh Đạt, Thuỳ, Nghĩa, Nam, for their exemplary service and professional manner. They were very accommodating to not just me and my companions, but also to other patrons. By the end of the dining service, everyone, myself included, was left quite satisfied. Overall, it was one of the best services I have had the pleasure to enjoy.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff were fabulous, beautifully dressed, smiling and could not do enough for us. From the front door to The Sky Lounge, I could not have asked for a more enjoyable stay. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention for Uyen, the manager at The Sky Lounge who went above and beyond to make our stay so wonderful and always had a smile on her face. Having travelled recently through Europe, the service at Hotel Des Arts was far superior. We will definitely be back.
