This centrally located hotel proved to be an excellent choice for our visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming us with genuine warmth and making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. Their attentiveness and generosity with their time did not go unnoticed, as they were always willing to assist with any queries or requests we had throughout our stay. While the room was somewhat compact, it was thoughtfully appointed and equipped with everything we needed, providing a comfortable and functional space. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, varied, and made with quality ingredients. However, it would have been even better had the hot dishes been maintained at a warmer temperature. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with both the service and the experience, and we would highly recommend Hotel Des Beaux Arts to others. We look forward to returning in the future.

This hotel is overrated and the only art aspect is at the reception hall. The room is dated and worn-out. The air conditioning barely works and won’t keep the room cool, there is no space to hang clothes nor to lay open the suitcase. Bathroom shower head is in an odd position. Also the tiny window won’t let you enjoy a view if you were looking for that. On the positive side, the staff at the reception was courteous and welcoming, but I may just have been lucky this one time. I instantly regret booking multiple days stay, we’ll see if it will get better or worse.

This unique hotel is the only hotel along Garonne River offering views of the river, the promenade, and Pont Neuf in Toulouse. Filled with fun and funky art in the rooms, lobby and hallways, this boutique accommodation is conveniently located near restaurants and a subway station. There's a supermarket across the street as well. Breakfast can be purchased and enjoyed in the basement dining room. The hotel name is based on the fine arts college next door. Thus, the property is treated like a gallery featuring curated artwork throughout.||Every employee I met was friendly and helpful. I mistakenly booked two nights instead of three, and the front desk agents were able to secure another room for the third night of my stay at a reasonable rate.||I met the new owner, Nicolas, during check-in and check-out. He's very hands-on in operating the property and assisting guests. I forgot a jacket in the room on the last day, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage that I stored for a few hours, my jacket was with my luggage — Nicolas ensured that I would get the jacket. He's very graceful and dressed smartly, and really trying to transform this hotel into welcoming spot with eclectic art. I would stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Des Beaux-Arts.

Great little hotel in the middle of the town. Funky rooms, great decor, and good breakfast. It has river views and everything it’s right there and walkable. We would definitely stay again. Theo at the front desk was incredible so hats off to him.

Lovely little hotel overlooking the river - not so many places with this type of view that I could find. Also not expensive. Great location walking distance to the middle of town and also by the river.

Cosy hotel with distinctive decor on the banks of the Garrone, rooms with fine views thereon. The rooms are fairly small but clean and tidy with baths to soak in on cold nights! Very near one if the few metro stations in this city. Has its own bistro. Friendly English speaking staff.
