Great hotel for a trip to Lausanne. Really central and the breakfast is excellent. They even have gluten free options. The only negatives are that the rooms are carpeted but I don’t think is very clean and that if you are on a lower floor it can be noisy from the street outside. I would stay again though.

Excellent location in Lausanne. Very kind staff. The rooms clean. The breakfast buffet was great, a loooot of options and everything was delicious. I definitely recommend if you’re in Lausanne, the price is not that high compared to what it offers in terms of location and breakfast!

Nicely located near restaurants, central plaza and Metro. Extremely clean and nicely appointed room. Quiet location. Very good hotel breakfast with variety including good fruit and yogurt, breads, cheeses etc. Friendly staff. Would definitely return.

So kind and helpful people. Gave me a room to shower after checkout after my cycling competition, super nice.

BEWARE - nice hotel with a BIG catch. Great location, decent modern rooms - and if you like it cool, they try to help with fans and slightly clunky portable aircon (which is useless as you need the window open for it to work). But they try at least. Reasonable breakfast. ||||HOWEVER: the big problem is their small print which is tantamount to a con or scam: if you leave your key in your room accidentally and lock yourself out, as I did, and come back after 11, they charge you up to 200 francs for the simple privilege of having a new room key made!||||This is totally unheard of in modern hotels across the globe. It was not pointed out to me at check in (although it is in the smalll print - nobody reads that so they should inform you at least) — this is a total, appalling rip-off.|||| I don’t know Swiss law but it feels completely dishonorable (if not illegal) for to make guests pay that much when all it took was letting me in remotely and making a new key. 10 francs, ok. Even 20 francs is pushing it. But up to 10x that is an outrageous. |||| I paid it so as not to argue but have never been so disgusted by an hotel. Truly, even though they reduced the ‘fine’ to CHF 100, this represents a dreadful scam and totally disgusting way to treat guests. ||||It should not be the guests’ fault that the hotel is too disgustingly cheap to offer proper night service. They do not deserve to succeed if they scam guests this way. ||||AVOID.

My first choice during each trip to Lausanne! Small and cozy hotel with bit more than 30 rooms. Located in the very centre of the city, close to public transport. Some rooms are small, but all of them are nicely decorated, beds are huge and very comfy! Bathrooms are modern and clean, everything in the room is just perfect! Hotel staff is very friendly, they great everybody with a smile and help with anything you might need. Breakfast is ok, choice is not excellent, but one can find all essential products to have a good start of the day! They don’t have any restaurant in the hotel, but there are many around!

What a nice little hotel. Perfect location, great and friendly staff and the room I had was very quiet. Very good breakfast. Will stay there again. Noteworthy detail: One of the only hotel showers I ever experienced where not the whole floor was filled or sprinkled with water.

We booked this hotel for a few days for our visit to Lausanne. We ended up enjoying the hotel so much, we extended our visit to a week. We had a lovely suite with a separate living space, which was very handy for our family of 3. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the daily breakfast. Excellent location near great shops, markets and public transportation. Highly recommend this great hotel!
