Hotel Desbrull

I usually do not write Reviews, but clearly we do not agree with the Hotel Ranking; and my wife and I have been very disappointed. We travel a lot worldwide at 4/5 stars (Platinum at IHG, & Gold with Marriott). We went for Bike riding in the Pollensa area. This Hotel has several problems: |1) No Hotel staff after 3pm.|2) A/C didn't properly. We reported, nothing was done (we could not sleep due to the heat).|3) No Ice. We requested, but since the staff leaves, and there is no Freezer, not possible.|4) Hard Pillows. Wrote email for soft Pillows. Answer: there were. Result: not true. Terrible.|5) To top it off: The Owner / Manager no consideration for it's Guests, and terrible mood. When asked (after staying 5 days) for half an hour extra to check out, he was very Aggressive, repeating 11am we had to leave, not a minute more !|6) Additionally: Terrible Value for the price paid |We would not recommend; there are much better alternatives in Pollensa, with much better value and customer care.

We stayed two nights after finishing our hike on the GR221. The Desbrull is a small family-run hotel. Our room was clean and quiet with a nice view of the museum. The breakfast was ample and the location is convenient to the regional bus stop. A staff member is around in the morning at breakfast time but it is a system of checking yourself in and out with instructions sent ahead of time. We were pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to return again to the Hotel Desbrull.

Boutique hotel with nice rooms and a good breakfast. Service via WhatsApp only (fully automated checking ans checkout process). Next to a side street which was surprisingly busy and the noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. Nevertheless recommended and a good place to stay.

This was our second visit to this excellent hotel. Everything is so clean, modern and stylish. It is very well situated in the lovely town of Pollenca, close to the main square and many good restaurants. The breakfast is very good, with quality homemade products. The two gentlemen who manage this property are so kind and helpful and also a lovely lady staff member. Thoroughly recommend.

The place may lack some of the amenities of major hotels, but it was one of the best hotel experiences of our lives. The staff was attentive, friendly, and we felt like family. The dining area is stylish and the breakfasts were superb. So was the dinners we had there. The location is perfect, a half block from the central plaza. We highly recommend it, and would go back there in a heartbeat.

The hotel is great. Room is extremely clean, has refillable water bottle in room for free, hairdryer, and great AC. Staff is kind and on the details, they give you towels for the beach, and includes breakfast which is savory and fresh. Location is perfect for walking the town and just around thw block from the main square. You wont regret it!

One of the best boutique hotels we have ever stayed in, Desbrull oozed class in every department. From the quality of the towels and bed linen to the scrumptious breakfasts, everything was delightful. Tastefully housed in a traditional-style house with wonderful decor in a lovely side street. Throw in the superb location just off the main square in Pollenca and the customer service offered by Antoni and his friendly staff, you could not ask for more!|We would not contemplate staying anywhere else on our next visit to the north of Mallorca!

We arrived at Desbrull for two night at the end of June/start of July. We shown to our by friendly staff, the room was nice and clean. The service at breakfast was great. Food was homemade and made from order. Staff were attentive for extra drinks/coffees. Staff also provided us restaurant recommendations which was nice.||Located a 2 minute walk from the main square. Very close to bus stop which we used to have a night in port pollenca. A corner shop is within 20m which is helpful for water, snacks etc.
