Fabulous hotel right in the old town with friendly staff. We were in a room in their adjacent building two doors down. Our triple room was huge!! Honestly one of the biggest we’ve stayed in in Europe. It overlooked the main square. Charming old world antiques, but with a big modern bathroom. Only drawback was no elevator or AC. Luckily it wasn’t warm when we were there, but we asked for a fan anyway. The restaurant for breakfast and lunch was also great. Would definitely stay again.

I actually stayed in their new building. This hotel is superb. Staff is great and will do whatever is necessary to accommodate your needs as they did with mines. The facilities are modern and well designed. Breakfast area is big and luxurious. All food choices are very diverse. Their coffee is best quality. Their restaurant for lunch and dinner is 5 stars! Food is incredible. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. If I ever return to this region, this is the hotel I will always stay.

Fantastic location, extremely service minded staff, great room with all you can wish for and breakfast simply excellent. Also, a very decent price and valet parking (also very reasonably priced). We will absolutely come back here when passing through southern Germany. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the new Hotel Deutsches Haus, which is a newly remodeled old bank building - hotel opened in April 2024 and blends historic charm with incredible modern amenities. It is the partner property of the pictured hotel deutsches haus, which is one block away. ||As a family of four, we booked a one bedroom with living room, which was very large!! The kids loved the character of the room. The hotel restaurant had the absolute BEST German food we’ve eaten to date and the morning breakfast was absolutely perfect. Centrally located, we walked, shopped and enjoyed all that the charming Dinkelsbuhl had to offer!!

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Bavaria Germany. I prefer Dinkelsbuehl to Rothenburg aub de Tauber as it is less of a "tourist attraction". The hotel is right in the middle of town and a perfect location. There is a restaurant that is very good and the breakfast was wonderful. We walked around the town and were able to explore everything from this location. Many shops and restaurants to explore. The room was very nice, but I would add a few cautions. There was no elevator (not a problem for us) and no air conditioning. This was not really a problem for us since the weather was nice. However, you should consider this depending on temperature. Overall, we had a great visit and would recommend if those few things are not an issue for you. This is probably common as the buildings were very historic. The town is wonderful and not super crowded like Rothenburg.

This is a very special hotel , really memorable and very historical, it is also a most beautiful building and full of character. The breakfast was excellent. My main reason for writing this review is that I was taken quite I’ll on my stay there and being a very small town I was concerned that I would be able to see a Doctor, especially being a foreign tourist. Well every staff member was involved at some point in getting me in to see a local Doctor, this was such a relief and I was better within a few days. So thank you so much to the staff for going above and beyond.|Highly recommended.

The hotel is one of the nicest building in Dinkelsbühl, and has an adjacent building (former Sparkasse) where you also have breakfast (still in renovation phase). The "old" building is one of the nicest I have ever seen, and the room is quite comfy, although I must say it is a little bit humid, but could be because we visited when the heating was off but just after some days of rain and some quite cold and rainy days - some fresh air however solved the small issue.|The room is big and provides everything needed. |On the ground floor there is a nice restaurant, which we did not visit because it was not the best option with our young son. |The breakfast is served in the new section (few meters apart) and is really good, with a lot of options and coffee served at the table. |The gym and the sauna are renovated currently, so could not be used. |Location is extremely central, expect sometimes not to park directly outside of the hotel because of events (it happened to us, but actually you can park few meters away - so no real big deal). |The interiors of the buildings are just amazing. Really loved the hotel!
