I don’t usually write reviews, but this place really deserves one. Spent the weekend at Hotel Deybach with a friend while cycling in the absolutely stunning Alsace landscape. I have honestly never experienced such a high level of service – they were incredibly helpful with everything, whether it was logistics, restaurant tips or just serving up a fantastic breakfast. It’s not a fancy 5-star hotel, but the service is definitely 5-star. Add to that the amazing surroundings, and you’ve got the perfect base for a cycling trip. Highly recommended!

I was in the Vosges for cycling and stayed a night in this hotel. The staff and the atmosphere was lovely, the rooms were clean and quiet, and they have a beautiful garden for relaxing. Parking is simple, and several climbs start nearby. Good take-away food 300 m from the hotel.

Hôtel Deybach is nestled in a beautiful valley in the Alsace region, home to wonderful people and incredible wine. We had the good fortune to stay at Hôtel Deybach, where not only did we sleep soundly in a beautiful room, but were pampered by lovely staff and one of the best breakfasts we've ever had the pleasure of eating. The following day, we took a few steps out of the door, walked a few miles through beautiful countryside to the nearby town, tasted some wines, and enjoyed a view that can only be described as heavenly. You should make it a point to visit this region at least once in your life, and when you do, ensure that your visit brings you to the doors and rooms of Hôtel Deybach, where you are guaranteed a pleasant, personal, and unforgettable experience!

Comfortable hotel less than 1km of the center. You get a very friendly welcome and that is also the case during the breakfast. The room, lobby, breakfast room is very clean. They also make a booking to a restaurant when you ask them to do this. You can walk from the hotel to the center by the park to the center in 10 minutes. Since the hotel is close to the main road to Colmar you can hear in the morning/evening the traffic. We had a double room with. The room had enough space for two people. Also enough room for the luggage. The bed was good (two bed put together). We had a warm water boiler so we could make tea and coffee in the room. Big advantage is the separate toilet (not in the bath room). The bath room is big enough with a good working shower. There is a small TV screen. No safe and also no lift to get to the room. The breakfast is served as a buffet. A classic buffet with a lot of local products. They can serve tea or coffee. There is a possibility to order an egg dish. We stayed there for two night (not in a row) and we had the second night and even bigger double room (more space). There is a bar with local drinks but no possibility to have diner. A good hotel choice to spend a couple of night. Not the big luxury but enough comfort.

It is a small, nice hotel situated at the end of Munster, close enough to the centre ( I mean 10 minutes walking ). It is family hotel, absolutely clean, simple, scented. High quality breakfast is served by the owners - very kind and helpfull people, very well informed about the region ( better than in the information centre!! ). Wifi free, also small lounge with self-service bar...I can fully recommend..

We booked 5 nights here on our way back from Italy, the room was large and had a good size bathroom. Breakfast was and additional 10 euros and was a typically French although extras were available on request, there is also an honesty bar with various drinks available.||There is plenty of parking available and a garage for motorcycles which cost 8 euros for the week.||The centre of Munster is a 10 min walk from the hotel and you are in the mountains of the Vosges within 10 mins by motorcycle. ||The hotel was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in and we would definitely return to this hotel.

Three-star comfort in a spotless hotel with very attentive, supportive staff. A favorite of cyclists as the hotel has a place to keep the bikes and there are great routrs in the area. We enjoyed the garden where we sunbathed and picnicked. |Even the small doubles had a great en-suite bath and a large enough closet for the contents of luggage (but would not work for an additional kids bed or folks who need ample space : choose instead the larger double rooms.|Last but not least the owner/manager did an amazing job with every question of ours, going out of her way to help us!!!|

Excellent location for cycling in valley (to Colmar) or into mountains (Petit Ballon, Col de la Schlucht, ..). Clean room, good bed, good breakfast. Good restaurants within walking distantie to center of Village.
