Great experience and excellent service. I had dinner with a friend, and the food was tasty and well-served. The atmosphere was excellent. However, I don’t know about the rooms.

I have been visiting this hotel since last 32 years. It has gone bad in between but was truly happy to see things bouncing back for betterment. The reception is swift, the resturant is awesome, view is mesmerizing. Service is quick and the attitude is positive. My special thanks to Mr Kailash Thakur,AGM, Sanjay Dogra, draftsman and Vijay Thakur, marketing for putting their hands together for the change. Sky is the limit. Keep up the show. Will definitely come back again very soon.

Very poor services.staff misbehaved with us as we were attenrding our friend's wedding. Ever next time to dharamshala, strongly not gonna go for this resort.

Have recently had the pleasure to visit this beautiful Hotel & Restaurant and it was a truly memorable experience. The ambiance is both elegant and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. The parking facility is convenient and easily accessible, which is always a plus. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They work diligently to ensure every guest has the best experience possible, and their proactive service really stands out. Overall, this place offers a great combination of great food, spectacular views, and outstanding service.

I have been visiting this place for decades when this was the only decent place in town. Hence, has a special nostalgia for me. New wing rooms are much better. Service is average but views, especially from the old wing, are breathtaking. Food is okayish but highly recommend the local speciality - rajma madra.

Didn’t actually stay at the hotel, but stayed at a nearby hotel, which had a poor menu and disinterested staff - one being quite rude and the restaurant air was thick with smoke from the kitchen.||Our guide suggested this hotel restaurant which was just a couple of minutes walk away. What a difference!? ||We ate here for the three evenings of our stay in Dharmsala.||This hotel certainly knows how to run an excellent Restaurant, the service, second to none.||Our waiter, Ramesh Singh was most attentive, and could not have done more to make our dining experience, the best we’d had during our tour of Northern India.||The menu was extensive, the food of the highest quality. ||We thoroughly enjoyed the sunsets over the Dhauladhar mountain range, which are quite stunning. ||Thank you so much to everyone for our lovely evenings 🙏
