Have recently had the pleasure to visit this beautiful Hotel & Restaurant and it was a truly memorable experience. This place offers a breathtaking valley view that adds a serene touch to the overall dining experience. The ambiance is both elegant and relaxing, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. The parking facility is convenient and easily accessible, which is always a plus. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. They work diligently to ensure every guest has the best experience possible, and their proactive service really stands out. This hotel boasts a 360-degree mountain view, stunning sunsets, and ever-changing hues. The secluded bar serves top-quality drinks, adding to the charm. Being under active renovation under dedicated new administration team the hospitality, food, and prime location make it a fantastic getaway, with the elegance of charm of heritage building.

Much better and improved hotel, now; with wonderful restaurant and a bar.

Located in Main Dharamsala market. Easily accessible from the Dharamsala bus stand. The rooms are clean. The food and service is good. Parking available. View from restaurant is great.

I visited the restaurant just half an hour before for dinner with family. But no one of the staff even bother to provide even menu on the table for more than 30 minutes. I feel so humiliated and ashamed as I was with my family .Management and govt. should take serious note and action against all of staff .Now I'm at a private restaurant and totally satisfied with the service. That's the reason govt. ventures are sinking day by day.

Indeed a very good Government hotel. The food quality as well taste is good. Staying was very pleasant, rooms very spacious and all ameneties were perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall very good place for family. Only one minus point no elevators,. The Government should install one,too necessary for senior citizens as well differently abled person.

Visited the restuarant and bar segment only. Loved the outdoor seating arrangements and the food and drinks were proper. Great to sit for a peaceful ambience with a view of the mountains and a beer in your hand.

I went to the restaurant. This has to be the worst of all tourism hotels, so much so that government should close this branch. Food was old preparation tasted like sand, I always prefer tourism hotels and they are usuallly never disappointing when it comes to food, but this was a strong exception. One of us threw up after having their food, so if you love your health never eat food here. Location is good, but what a waste of space. See the condition of menu, dirty seats, and food is just the icing on cake.
