Hotel Dhroov, Shimla

Outstanding property. Perfect location, spacious rooms with stunning views, very good service and good food. If you want to spend little more than usual and get a luxury hotel, then this is it. Amazing rooms. We had one extra bed and room was still spacious for kids to play. Instant hot water, room heater, kettle, etc was amazing in the room. Easily walkable to the Ridge and the Mall road as well. Some steps to climb up and down on the road to the Ridge, but totally worth it.

Definately the best available options after a horrifying experience with a different hotel. Very nicely built and rooms are good. Morning buffet options are good. Liked by everyone in the family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dhroov Hotel in Shimla, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The service provided by the staff was exceptional — they were friendly, attentive, and made sure that all my needs were met with great care.

At that price per night, please find a better one. It is just overpriced but no quality of room, no view. That too we visited in off season. Avoid staying They don't have basic amenities.. Total waste of money. Stay away from them

Rooms were good but the complete problem is the staff very rude and egoistic. Because we had bargained the whole staff was very unwelcoming and they were not providing the service on time. I had to ask for water three times for extra bed three or four times and then for extra blankets again. We had checked in, in night around 9 45 and by 10:30 also I had to ask for all the things repeatedly very cold staff and poor service. Although Rooms were nice and clean

I had stayed at this hotel due to work. Location is Good and quite near to ridge, Shimla (10-15 mins walking distance). Rooms are spacious but cleaning was not proper, esp floor. At the time of stay Heat wave was going on. We felt hot in the room during the stay. There was AC vent in the room but AC /fans not installed. We called reception but they said they can't do anything. They didn't even offer table fan, which we asked next day. The washrooms don't have exhaust. The Food was Good but variety was less. The price of the hotel doesn't justify the amenities. Location is near to city centre.

The experience was mind-blowing..The service was good ,moreover the staff was too nice .. They made their every possible efforts to make our stay better ,comfortable and causy 👍🏻..
