Hotel Dhroov, Shimla

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Dhroov Majestic, Shimla, and my overall experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us a very warm and welcoming reception, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. The service throughout our stay was excellent. Each and every staff member was extremely caring, polite, and responsive, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality genuinely stood out and added great value to our stay. One very important point to note is the hotel’s convenient location. It is easily accessible and offers adequate parking for guests, which is a big advantage in a place like Shimla. The mountain view from the hotel room was simply amazing, making mornings and evenings truly refreshing. The food was another highlight of our stay. It was very tasty with authentic flavors, and every meal felt freshly prepared and satisfying. Overall, our stay at Hotel Dhroov Majestic was exceptional, and there are absolutely no reservations in giving it a full 5 out of 5 stars. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shimla and would definitely love to stay here again. Khawaja, Dubai

I just recently visited this place in the month of March and I would highly recommend this place because the service is very premium. It’s amazing. I would highly recommend the place for such a good food and again the service and the rooms were excellent. I must say it was a great experience.

Good hotel room with a really good view but really poor service. I stayed there with my wife for one night only last week. I paid hefty money just for a night as i thought that the stay will be worth it but alas, i had to call them multiple times for the most basic amenities like towels and toothbrushes, that too they brought for one person only. It was so cold and they hadn’t given heaters in the room, when asked they said that it has extra charges. Bro, we’re paying so much money without questioning, atleast have a service that matches that amount, put extra charges already and give services complimentary but don’t keep extra charges for basic things, that is just sheerly cheap marketing. Was really disappointed.

Enjoyed our stay at hotel dhroov for 2 nights. Rooms are very spacious and neat clean hotels. Breakfast and dinner is also very yummy.

The good: Rooms are spacious, food is phenomenal & people are friendly The bad: Heaters don’t heat the room properly, due to big room size it becomes difficult for the small heaters to warm up the room.

Excellent stay and recommended property in Shimla. A priority option to stay with family. We stayed 4 nights at the property. Room - Luxury Valley view with panoramic valley view should be priority option. Staff- Very friendly and polite. Parking - Plenty of parking and property has car lift as well Food and room service- Beyond expectations, very tasty food with both Veg and non Veg options. We tried both and it was awesome. Breakfast buffet have plenty of items with live on table options. Location- Very nice, 15 mins walk to The mall road but would be difficult for kids and senior citizen. Value for money and highly recommended.
