We stayed at the hotel for 10 days at the end of September and early October and had a wonderful time there. I will not give a detailed description of the hotel since the details given on the website are accurate.||Our room (217) was on the second floor but since there are two lifts that was not a problem. The room was not large but there was plenty of storage space. The bathroom was small but again there was plenty of room and the shower was hot and powerful. There was no balcony but since there was not much of a view that didn't matter. The hotel is very central, a minute's walk from the Baths of Nero and a few more minutes to the Piazza dei Miracoli, but the street is very quiet and we were never bothered by noise. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.||Anyone wanting a peaceful and comfortable stay in the centre of Pisa could not do better than opt for the Hotel di Stefano.

What a strange hotel. Bang Average but charging a top hotel price, just shy of £250, inc all taxes, a night (4 nights) at the beginning of October. Good location in Pisa so maybe that's the going rate; although that seems unlikely. I assumed it would be a great hotel at this price...but it is not. The worst was the penny pinching breakfast. Vaguely flavoured sugar water served as the "juices". No fresh bread; they provided partially baked small white rolls which they finished off in the little oven in their little kitchen. They were tasteIess with the consistency of cotton wool. I made do with the toast bread. I bought in proper orange juice from the nearby PAM supermarket. I recommend Pisa but not this hotel. And I find some of the positive reviews for this hotel decidedly odd. Breakfast described as "plentiful"? Hmm....

The hotel is perfectly situated to embrace all Pisa has to offer. We stayed in a deluxe room in the historic part of the hotel. It was clean and exceptionally quiet. The bed was one of the best I have slept on. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Definitely one to return to. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

Great hotel location, staff, rooms, facilities, roof terrace, breakfast all fabulous. Would we stay there again absolutely. The location, service was second to none. Forget the stalls in the streets just tourist tat we got all our gifts from one fab shop Barsanti 1835 Piazza Duomo 6 & 2 56126 pisa great gifts at fab prices and all genuine Italian. Food and drink pick somewhere where there are italian owners and have the best meal. We book all our holidays through Fusion Holidays if you want a holiday that is to meet your needs and not follow the herd then this is the place to book. Jess Morton does all our bookings 01903 694322. Thank you to all the team at hotel di stefano and Fusion Holidays.

The hotel is small but in a perfect location in the centre of Pisa. The hotel is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The staff are really helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is fresh (continental only) with a good selection of items. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating was because there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (had I read the room information properly I would have known that!!) but I think the hotel should consider this as this has been mentioned before! Also, there are not enough sockets in the room to charge phones/ipads - these should be available by the bedside tables (USB plug point would be great)|Otherwise, our stay here was lovely and we would recommend the hotel and should we visit Pisa again, we would happily stay here again.

Google
Fantastic location for a hotel- offering a great breakfast in it's standard rate Booked a triple room, included a small fridge and an a/c. A fan would have been nice too but can understand the limitations. Rooms and bathrooms spotless Unfortunately for us the a/c took a bit of figuring out so we were hot the first night 🤣 but then soon got the hang of things. The TV has an abundance of channels, the WiFi is free and fast and the location is about 6 mins from the tower. Staff at every interaction were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, continental style but so much choice.

Warm welcome. Friendly service. AC no charge. Breakfast was very nice no cooked breakfast. Cereals, bread, croissants, cheese, fruit etc. Stone threw away from Pisa tower. Shops walking distance. We walked from the airport to the hotel 40 minutes. It was in the afternoon. Took taxi to the airport on way home which was 20 euros for three of us.

My daughter, 6, says: it was wonderful, the bedroom is wonderful, the beds are very comfy. The air conditioning kept it cold. They had very yummy sweets on the reception desk. The terrace was a little windy at first and then it turned warmer. The breakfast was excellent because they had pancakes." My son, 11, says: the room was nice but a little small, the bathroom had glass over the top and wasn't connected to the ceiling. Exquisite sights and amazing sunroom, the cleaners redid the room while we were out which was nice. The TV had itv and YouTube. The breakfast was really good but they didn't have soya milk. We had some sweets from the reception desk and they made coffee and tea for my parents." The grown-ups say: Very nice hotel with good location, great breakfast, very friendly staff, very clean rooms, a little sunroom and a nice terrace with views of the leaning tower.
