The hotel is perfectly situated to embrace all Pisa has to offer. We stayed in a deluxe room in the historic part of the hotel. It was clean and exceptionally quiet. The bed was one of the best I have slept on. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful. Definitely one to return to. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful.

The hotel is small but in a perfect location in the centre of Pisa. The hotel is very clean and the beds are really comfortable. The staff are really helpful and speak good English. The breakfast is fresh (continental only) with a good selection of items. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 rating was because there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room (had I read the room information properly I would have known that!!) but I think the hotel should consider this as this has been mentioned before! Also, there are not enough sockets in the room to charge phones/ipads - these should be available by the bedside tables (USB plug point would be great)|Otherwise, our stay here was lovely and we would recommend the hotel and should we visit Pisa again, we would happily stay here again.

Great little hotel in a very convenient location. Has a roof terrace and we enjoyed drinks upstairs watching the sunset. has a little bar where you can buy drinks. Super nice staff. Rooms were big enough and you could open the windiows which is always imortant to me. Breakfast was good and enough for us as we rather had a nice lunch to try some italian food. For those of you who wants eggs - no eggs. Walking distance and very nice authentic restaurants around. Not the touristy ones.

Fantastic location for a hotel- offering a great breakfast in it's standard rate Booked a triple room, included a small fridge and an a/c. A fan would have been nice too but can understand the limitations. Rooms and bathrooms spotless Unfortunately for us the a/c took a bit of figuring out so we were hot the first night 🤣 but then soon got the hang of things. The TV has an abundance of channels, the WiFi is free and fast and the location is about 6 mins from the tower. Staff at every interaction were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was brilliant, continental style but so much choice.

Warm welcome. Friendly service. AC no charge. Breakfast was very nice no cooked breakfast. Cereals, bread, croissants, cheese, fruit etc. Stone threw away from Pisa tower. Shops walking distance. We walked from the airport to the hotel 40 minutes. It was in the afternoon. Took taxi to the airport on way home which was 20 euros for three of us.

Friendly, very patient with two tired parents of a baby who simply did not want to sleep. The bed was the most comfortable one we've ever had in a hotel. If I knew where the pillows were from we would buy them for our own home. Nice strong a/c for room, big bath Jacuzzi, complimentary amenities, nice fresh breakfast. Very pleased with our stay and the central location. Only note, there is construction across from the building on one side that can be noisy during the day.

A pretty basic hotel but close to the airport which is what we were looking for. We were originally allocated what must have been the worst room in the hotel! We would not have stayed there if that was the only room - 101 - but then miraculously they found an alternative. Very basic but clean and looked like it had been recently refurbished. The breakfast was very, very basic. Just be aware that the rooms in the pictures are not necessarily what you will get. As we booked direct with the hotel was a bit disappointing!

Room was very basic but good for a 10 hour stay. Our family of 4 were in a quadruple room which had 2 beds for our kids and a double for my husband and I . Pretty good location as easy walk to restaurants and to tower. Breakfast was really good with warm croissants!
