Hotel Diament Plaza Katowice

Excellent hotel, centrally located in Katowice. Service was nice. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Air conditioning was quiet and effective. Air conditioned gym downstairs was also a plus. The only thing to bear in mind is that in the street-facing rooms you can hear a bit of the city noises (trains passing by, etc.) through the close windows, so if you want a complete quiet ask for a courtyard-facing room. We did not try the breakfast.

Being a regular customer here for work, I want to extend my compliments to all the great staff of this hotel. All of them are always available and helpful and make my stay always a pleasant experience. As for the facility, rooms are not too large, but comfortable and very clean. Some have Nespresso machine too. Breakfast is excellent, comprehensive of a large variety of quality foods and kind staff. Situated in the city center, close to the railway station and surrounded by nice restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel either for a visit or work!

Second time in this lovely hotel and it was again perfect. Very cosy rooms very well equiped with an iron and ironing board. Very clean, stylish. Great location. I loved the 12:00 check-out!

Room was very clean, well equipped, nicely smelling, spacious, with little kitchen corner, beautiful bathrooms (2 bathrooms), coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules delivery. Place for work with wireless charger, free Wi-Fi. Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Variety of choices, hot dishes, fresh juices, sweets that were mouth-watering, fresh coffee, different types of milk and lots of polish delicateses (herring, pastet, gellies). Amazing stay, staff was really kind.

Great hotel in the heart of Katowice. Breakfasts are amazing, the service is efficient and polite. The only drawback is that on some days, the water pressure and temperature was really low, so proper bath or even shower was difficult.

We are staying in the Diament Plaza hotel for almost 2 weeks due to our work assignments, rooms are well furnished some rooms are bigger some smaller as mine, but I do appreciate that it is positioned inside yard so there is no noise from busy promenade street. Rooms have all necessary amenities including ironing set, hairdryer, TV, good WiFi, kettle, bottled watter and nice and modern bathroom. Hotel has also small gym facility and guests can also use parking space in garage or outside the entrance however those places are limited due to location. On site restaurant Kaktusy is connected from hotel lobby but has also direct access from street so is open not only for hotel guests and they do have events with life music so atmosphere specially in evening is nice. Breakfast is selfhelp choice from open bar where there is huge variety of cold and hot dishes, typical polish but also continental choice for meatlovers but also vegetarians and people with food disorders...they can also prepare on request different freshly fried dishes such as omelette, pancake or bacon's...as for lunch or dinner you can choose from ala cart menu or dish of the day with very tasty soups, mains or delicious desserts...all are prepared in stylish design but the portions are not small 😋 so we could only recommend this place for visit.
