Hotel Diament Plaza Katowice

I had a great stay at this hotel, which is located in the heart of downtown, just a short walk from the train station. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and furnished with modern amenities, ensuring maximum comfort. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a great variety (see photos), and the on-site restaurant impressed me with its diverse and delicious menu. Every dish was excellent. The staff is outstanding : always warm, welcoming, and eager to assist. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel, it was very clean / the staff were very helpful. It was an excellent price too. I will definitely be staying here again. The Restaurant food is very fancy, which if you are wanting more standard food like an Indian/ kebab / pizza there are all sorts of very nice restaurants within a 2/ 3 minute walk.

Great hotel in the heart of Katowice. Breakfasts are amazing, the service is efficient and polite. The only drawback is that on some days, the water pressure and temperature was really low, so proper bath or even shower was difficult.

We were at this hotel a few times and we were satisfied. But our last visit here was not very pleasant. When we entered our room , I went to the bathroom and I found out that the toilet seat is dirty by excrement. Despite the fact that there were a stripe around the toilet said: hygienically clean. This was very unpleasant experience and it never happened to us before. Also there was a bad isolation at one place of shower what we found out after shower when the whole bathroom was full of water . We said it to a reception but nothing happened. We wanted an invoice for our stay and we waited more than a week for it. After a few bad ones we finally got the right one. The breakfast was great as usually. And the sound isolation is very good also.

The best hotel i have ever stayed at in katowice (and the only). Booking aside, 3 times and will always choose this one. Breakfast is completely amazing (even for me who is a person generally not hungry when it is breakfast).

Very good, clean, professional Hotel. Huge verity of food in the hotel and even more within a 2-3 minute walk. Highly recommended.

The hotel was excellent value and was pristine. The staff worked hard and were always polite and friendly. Location is pretty good to. My only negative is the cost of breakfast, though it was excellent quality.
