Hotel Diána

Very friendly, very central, very nice and clean. Old fashioned family hotel in the middle of Pécs. Warm and welcoming staff, large rooms with air conditioning, fridge and tv. Spacious bathroom. Nice and simple breakfast with all you need to get going. Reception not open all the time, but the friendliest staff you can imagine being there whenever you need. Will visit again!

The service was prompt and very friendly. This is an excellent location not far from city center. Walking distance to the bus station, a HUGE piac and Churches, historical sites. Mall is across the street. Only 3 stars for the room, the beds were too hard to sleep comfortably.

Arrived in the evening after dark, was quickly given room that would accommodate 3 persons but there were only two of us so plenty of space to move around. Nothing fancy, but comfortable place to call home for two days for great price. Warm, hot shower felt great. Reception friendly. Breakfast was good by Hungarian standards. Would stay here again.

Such a great little hotel! Receptionist was very helpful, very nice and positive, was smiling and informative. Breakfast very very delicious and you plenty of choices, from eggs to oats and home made cakes too. Room and bathroom were nice and clean! They also have their own parking!

This place was an easy walk from the bus station. It is just a short schlep to the main Szechnyi Square. Perfect locaation. The staff was most friendly and spoke good English. ||The breakfast buffet consisted of assorted breads, fried eggs, cereal, yougurt- more than I ever would have expected. The rooms were quiet and very basic.

I stayed for 3 nights in June. The small hotel is in the middle of the old town in Pecs, very convenient for city walks, close to restaurants, museums, etc. Easy to reach by car (GPS). Friendly and helpful staff, English spoken. Breakfast is simple but will satisfy your hunger. I had a single room (19) that was quite basic but good enough as I spent most of my time outside the hotel. A spacious parking place is provided in the fenced back garden of the synagogue, just opposite the hotel.

Having heard a lot about Pecs from Budapest hostel, we decided to spend a full day here. The rooms are very basic, but pretty spacious and comfortable, not to mention pretty cheap. The manager was very helpful in guiding us to the hotel and helped us with local hotspots. We had a good time here

A three star hotel. Breakfast is very basic. No elevator. No vending machine. Why five stars? We loved the staff, who were helpful and kind. We loved free parking and we got a very late checkout for no extra charge. Hotel is perfectly clean. Beds and sleep quality was excellent. Air conditioning works well. We will come back.
