Dimora Intini, a Design Boutique Hotel Noci, Italy

"Dimora Intini is set in Palazzo Gabrieli. This 19th-century building is in the historic centre of Noci, by the Porta Barsento gate. Rooms are spacious and decorated with natural materials. Each room at the Intini features wood furniture, parquet floors, free Wi-Fi and LCD satellite TV. Some rooms come with vaulted ceilings, and suites boast original wall paintings and frescoes. Breakfast includes homemade Apulian cakes, fresh fruit, croissants and cereals. During pleasant weather it can be enjoyed outdoors. The bar is open 24 hours a day. In the heart of Itria Valley, the property is 11 km from the famous Trulli huts in Alberobello and 13 km from Castellana Caves. Capitolo's beach can be reached by car in 40 minutes." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

Stayed one night here in the sleepy town of Noci. Peaceful, walkable, few tourists. We were welcomed by Lorenzo who could not have been more helpful or accommodating. The room had beautiful ceilings, great air conditioning, a very large nicely appointed bathroom. The two rooms were very dark and need more lighting so that you can read in the room. The beds were very soft and we would have preferred firmer beds. Close to restaurants at the edge of the Centro storico and easy walk from train station.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the best experiences ever. The hotel itself is very comfortable, rooms are incredibly beautiful with an exceptional design. Very good breakfast and great restaurant for dinner. But the best part was their hospitality - it’s only possible when the place is ran by a family. With the first second we felt like at home - Lorenzo was there every moment to help us and all of the other staff was incredible too. We are very grateful and would definitely stay there again when we are back in Puglia. Thank you!!!!❤️

My wife and I spent two nights at the Dimora Intini hotel in April. it is a unique place, very atmospheric. The staff deserves the highest praise! Very nice, friendly, always helpful! Large, comfortable room, tastefully decorated, well soundproofed. A great place to visit nearby towns, e.g. Alberobello, Matera or Locorotondo. We highly recommend this hotel and thank you for your hospitality.

Dimora in Italian translates into English as mansion. Intini is indeed a mansion, with the largest hotel rooms I have seen. Noci itself is not a draw, but it is well located as a base to access the major sights in the area, such as Alberobello, Locorotondo, Cisternina and Martina Franca, as well as a visit to coastal cities Bari or Monopoli. Intini was a very good option in the area, given the quality of the rooms, breakfast and cost. The bed was large and comfy, pillows were good, and there were ample seating options and storage space for clothes and luggage. The bathroom was large and modern, everything worked well. Parking is on the street, where you can find it, and the hotel provides a card to avoid paying the metered rate. The hotel has a restaurant where you have breakfast, a very satisfying affair, and dinner if you choose. Our dinner there was one of the best we had on our trip. The one big downside was our room location, which overlooked the front of the hotel. The restaurant, with outdoor seating, is in front and open all day until late, and they insist on playing music, a selection we found quite annoying, while the restaurant is open. Daytime is not an issue but, in the evening and later, after a long day, the music was intrusive and bothersome. Even with our windows closed, the sound found us. We requested it be lowered, which they sort of did (not enough to suit us) but that’s bad for the ambiance they want to portray. As this was a daily issue for us, it mitigated an otherwise very positive experience.

The food in the restaurant is amazing. Make sure you eat here, and have a drink in the piazza out front! The people who work here are lovely too. But as a hotel I would say this is 3 stars maximum. The air conditioning didn’t work on the first night and the fourth night it sounded like it was about to explode. The room itself probably didn’t get below 24 degrees - which is warm. The water in the shower comes on and off, despite the taps being all the way on. There is a lot of loose furniture in the room: a desk, 2 fridges (1 doesn’t work), 2 glass cabinets that are empty. Put the tv on the wall and remove some furniture (and the broken fridge) so people have more room. Fix the air conditioning and water pressure issues - easy fix and will be a beautiful 4 star hotel. The daily clean in good and location is lovely.

Stunning accommodation, with exquisite hand-painted ceilings. The bedrooms and bathrooms have been beautifully renovated while still retaining gorgeous "old-world" charm. The hotel staff were amazing - they were so gracious, warm, friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay perfect in every way! Wonderful breakfast buffet - fresh and delicious, with many delicious items to sample! Great location, right in the heart of Noci. Street parking was easy, and any costs associated with parking were taken care of by the hotel.

We stayed in one of the hotel’s suits in the converted Palace. With painted ceilings plenty of space and a hidden room upstairs it was a lovely surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very generous and good quality and dinner was so good we ate in the hotel both nights. The town was a nice stop and we would stay again if in the area.
