We, as a couple, stayed here during our visit in La Réunion for almost two weeks. Basicly, this is a strange hotel. The rooms are outdated and noisy, which resulted for us in bad sleeping quality. The really need to be upgraded because now they have the quality of a shady motel. The terrace is big, but the room itself is small and lacks space to put your stuff and clothes away. However, the staff, big heated pool and the restaurant are easily 5 star worthy. The quality of the food is outstanding, the staff is super friendly. I really must make a special mention to the young guy at the bar with the beard and his man bun, give that person a raise in wage please. He deserves that. Most friendly guy ever. It also really pleased us that the staff cares about animals. They take care of a kitty and her kitten and that says all you need to know about what a big heart they have. It touched us. The breakfast is good in quality but is limited in choice and never changes, so that's a bit of a shame. So if you stay long, like we did, you will probably be bored by it after a week or so. Parking is tight and limited, so on busy days it can be a bit of a challenge to park your car. Overall 4 stars. Greatings, the Flemish Belgians.

A very good hotel on a remote island.||-->Location is very good and it is in middle of the main tourist places and the airport.||-->Beach, Fuel Station and Supermarket are all nearby.||-->Parking is not difficult to find within the premises.||-->We took the room with kitchenette which was a lot helpful.||-->Sunset views were to die for.||-->Happy hours at the bar definitely saved bucks.||-->Swimming pool temperature was moderate and comfortable.||-->I loved the themed Decor.||Things to Improve:|-->Universal charger could be a useful addon for international travellers.|-->Thin Walls.|-->At times, main gate lock was a problem.||Brenda spoke good English and was super helpful with lots of things. I just couldn't imagine a comfortable stay without her at the counter. Always smiling and willing to help. Kudos to her!!

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel, I really recommend it. It is not on the beach, but close. Very nice pool as a good counterpart, offering a great view of the sunset.||Staff is very friendly and helpful!||We had a nice room with the view on the pool. Size of the room is ok for 3, with a nice terrasse, however not much space to store clothes. Not enough hooks or stands for wet towels or clothes.||Adding a small table and chairs on the terrasse would be very nice!||Clean room, which is very appreciated.||Quality of the restaurant is very good, however a bit expensive. What is really too bad, is the fact that there is no simple food (sandwiches, salads,...) for lunch to eat around the pool. There was a menu, but we were told that it was not open these days. I don't think Covid is the reason, especially when the restaurant is open...||Pool is very nice, kid friendly, and not difficult to get a chaise lounge.||Parking is convenient in the hotel, even though often pretty full.||We had a very nice stay, we'll most probably come back, and hope to have next time the possibility to have simple lunches around the pool. At the same time, this forced us to try other nearby restaurants around, which is not a bad thing...

We enjoyed the spa and the restaurant. The restaurant offers really tasty food. The plates are elaborate. The staff is really warm and welcoming. Better than some 5 star hotels on the island... "Bad" point, this is still a family place, so the pool is really noisy. Ps: we were not guests of the hostel, so our review is only about the restaurant and the spa / swimming pool.

When we first looked into holidays on Reunion Island, we were a bit surprised by the lack of mid-range accommodation. We’re glad to have found Dina Morgabine.||Location is perfect for easy access to the mountains and the beaches (but you definitely need a car to get around).||Hotel itself has pretty funky, playful and quirky decor. All staff we encountered were friendly and tried their best to communicate in English (except a few restaurant staff...).||We had a room with a kitchen on the ground floor and to be honest it was a bit dark and gloomy, as it faces the carpark and there is absolutely no view. Even during the day you’d need to turn all the lights on. We also found the setup of the outdoor kitchen a bit weird. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. Very good and fast WiFi signals.||The breakfast is extra and a bit expensive. We had two polarising experiences at the restaurant - a dinner that was exceptional (excellent food and friendly service) and a very poor lunch (no attention from staff and two dishes that were too sweet and too salty). The bar has a cool vibe with a hip and trendy crowd, it’s a great place for pre-dinner cocktails.||We had a comfortable stay but probably wouldn’t return as we feel we can get a better room elsewhere.

Very nice, well equipped rooms, strong WiFi, a heated and very pretty pool. We had a room with an outdoor kitchen, which we used one of our two nights we stayed at Dina Morgabine. So why just 3 stars? The mattresses were pretty used, the location is to far to walk to supermarket or boulangerie, the prices for food and drinks are high (green tea and a cappuccino for 10 Euros) and the service was okayish, but not more. The atmosphere is kind of anonymous.

This place most importantly is clean and comfortable, but is also so much more. I have no negative points about the rooms, the pool area is great, and the staff are so friendly (they speak basic English, much better than my French !) We didn't eat in the restaurant as it seemed a little expensive, but I'm sure it's as good as the rest of the hotel. The location is about a 5-10minute drive from the main street and marina, and is very easy to find. I'd recommend for anyone wishing to stay in this area.

A very clean Hotel with extremely friendly staff and an excellent restaurant and bar. Our tip: Try the Tuna-Tartar! We stayed for 4 nights and would definitely do so again.
