I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Diplomat by BSB Inn. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a peaceful retreat after a long day. I especially appreciated the convenient location — close to the bus station and easy to reach from the airport. The breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and secure. Whether you’re in Brasília for a short stay or a longer visit, this hotel offers great value for money and genuine hospitality.

Old hotel, good located but with small rooms and thin doors! (i stayed in the UG no windows...didnt know that before) Breakfast was ok, but to many people in a small eating room. I changed my room 3 times than i booked an upgrade....still in the UG -.- ....the service was friendly. You can sleep here but I didnt felt comfy^^^

The hotel is in a great location, close to most of the main tourist spots and 2 large shopping malls. Admittedly it's not much to look at from the outside and it's fairly basic inside, but for a short stay it's pretty much perfect. The price is reasonable, the breakfast is good and they have free soup and bread in the evening which was very good and popular. It's also clean with helpful staff and has a taxi rank just outside. Also, considering the hotel is close to a main road it was very quiet. Our room was on the left hand side as you enter the hotel and we didn't get any noise at all. I can't comment on the rooms facing the road however.||All in all it was perfect for our needs. If you're just going for a short stay and don't want to spend a lot of money then I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is not getting good care from its owners, which is a shame because it represents the buildings from the beginning of the city. The breakfast was not good; it had no variety, few fruit options, no juice, and the coffee did not please me. The worst of all is the wifi. They say they offer that to you, they do, but it does not work... so what is that for? Just to make a false ad? The staff, when I have arrived, was friendly and efficient; however, when I was at the check out, another attendant made very clear that his phone call was much more important than all the six people waiting for his will. Disappoiting.

I would say it was "not a bad deal" getting to stay in the nation's capital at a place with my own ensuite bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a telephone & a small fridge (& a "quite plentiful" buffet breakfast included in the room rate) except for the one "big downside" which was the size of my room that is "pretty much a closet" (yes a bit of a struggle even to place my one medium-sized backpack), so yes for sure I booked a single room but just didn't expect one that small (and hopefully there's no "space situation" when it comes to their higher-cost rooms). And aside from a good breakfast, it was also quite convenient to have other meals available throughout the day (at a cost but pretty reasonable for "filling meals"). And yes, my great thanks are to the gentleman (likely a manager or such) who I could converse with easily for all my needs during my 4-day stay at this place.||||And as for the location, the proximity for sightseeing is to one of the city's premier sites namely the TV Tower at just about a 5-minute walk to the left after coming out (closed for renovation at the time, but a nice photo spot with the big sign 'EU (heart shape) Brasilia' nearby and where just about a 10-minute walk past that big sign are two more premier sites of Museu Nacional & Catedral Metropolitana), and the proximity for all "miscellaneous needs" is to the big shopping mall also at just about a 5-minute walk away first across the open area on the other side of the street in front of this place then just a short walk to the right followed by a left turn at the traffic light (with two spread-out levels of various shops, a "fair-sized" supermarket & also a food court with multi-stalls for "some varieties" of food).

Good hotel, excellent location in the Pilot Plane, prime region of Brasília, 500m of the Brasília Shopping. Excellent prices. I have some small complaints, all of which are acceptable given the good price paid: the air conditioner was noisy; the WiFi signal was weak (in my room), so I rarely could connect; the bathroom had black mold stains on the ceiling and on the white grout between the tiles, but it was clean; the breakfast was simple (bread, ham, cheese, 3 options of fruit, 1 or 2 options of cake, 2 options of juice, eggs, etc). It's a good hotel with the best price in the neighborhood, clean, organized and with friendly attendants. Obs: my room was the basic cabin.

This hotel is great for a travler who just needs a place to sleep in Brasilia. For the price, it was everything i expected and more. The breakfast was included, although the selection wasn't very big. The room had air conditioning, minibar, and cable tv. The bed was comfortable. The rooms are very dated and could use a remodel, but for the price, you can't complain at all. The staff was efficient. Not necessarily friendly, but they did their jobs well! If you are looking for a cheap hotel, and are on a tight budget, this is the place for you

From outside it looks a bit old, but inside it's modern and clean, also the rooms. Good central location. Lot of free public parking around the hotel. Friendly staff.||Negatives: very instable wifi in the room, it connects for some minutes, disconnect for some minutes and again. More devices had the same problem. Very irritating if you want to plan your holiday.||There was a safe in the room, but this safe was not fixed with the wall or floor. So the thief could easy take the whole safe because it was not too heavy to carry.
