Hotel Do Terço

Didn't actually set about staying here, but our initial reservation for a more well known place was cancelled and so we were left with limited choice... Having said that, this place is somewhere we would go about booking again without hesitation. We had issues getting to Barcelos on the first night due to flights/weather delays, and the hotel were so lovely and completely understood that we would be unable to make our booking and did not charge us for the first night. The hotel was very pretty, the staff were very friendly and our room had a terrace accessible from the bathroom and bedroom too! All around pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Not recommended. We traveled with a child and there was no heating in the room "it's not working properly". There wasn't even a blanket in his bed! Old facilities and not really clean. Internet doesn't work most times and at all in the breakfast room. Staff is nice, but couldn't fix structural problems. Bathroom clogged and with roof fungus. Garage with no light.

Rooms are old, and nothing seems to work properly. AC didn't work and got freezing. We have a 7 month old baby and, after making lots of noise in the reception, we got a personal warmer for the room, that didn't help much. They gave us a crib for the baby, and it wasn't properly locked so, if I didn't check it, my son would have probably end up sleeping in the floor. Glasses in the bathroom were dirty and walls full of long hairs. Avoid this place if you can.

It's OK but quite basic. Rooms not well sound proofed so you hear a lot of noise in your room. Very few facilities in the room.

Clean, friendly, tidy room, large toilet/shower room. Tv, air con. Breakfast has good choice and inc in cost of the room.

Nice Hotel, comfortable and in a very good location to get to the city centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very fine place to stay in, rooms are lovely and extremely near city centrer, really suggested!

Rooms need refurbishment, but they are clean. Personal friendly. Poor breakfast.
