This is a beautiful antique building with exceptional location. We took the standard room which was not spacious and the bed was queen size but the whole experience was really nice for a 3 star hotel. They have an splendid breakfast room in the ground floor with great service and I was surprised to see vegan, gluten free and bio options, as well as Italian breakfast and keto alternatives for a more international taste. Recommended.

The location is very central, which is definitely a plus. The hotel itself is quite old and could really use some refurbishment — the furniture, bathroom, doors, and overall décor are rather dated. Even though it’s not the most modern place, I must say it’s very clean, which I really appreciated. I’ve also noticed that lately, hotels in Italy don’t provide slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes anymore (perhaps the latter can be requested at the reception), but it’s quite inconvenient to have to walk barefoot in the room or bring your own slippers when travelling. Breakfast was included in my stay of 4 mights and it was very good, with a nice variety of options. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The location is good, but honestly, this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in during all my travels. The reception experience was extremely unpleasant — the manager was rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are very old, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom was not clean, and the heating stops working at night. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo or soap. Breakfast was a complete disaster — just some boiled eggs and jam in plastic containers, very poor quality overall. The staff’s attitude was aggressive and unfriendly, almost like something out of a horror movie. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location, a short walk to many of the city's central sights. Staff was very accommodating moving us to a quieter room. Older, historic building and good budget hotel.

great location for visiting the old City. rooms are not modern but have a certain vingage style. breakfast is mediocre, most food was in plastic packaging. the guy at the reception with the glasses was ridiculously rude. we booked the hotel because of the parking but after reserving a parking place on the website, we were informed later by email that there were no places available

A historic hotel in the heart of Turin, where young Mozart stayed in 1771. Antique ceilings, creaky floors, candlelit halls - the place breathes history… And yes, I actually heard music at night… Piano Trio in C…🎹🎻💜 This isn’t just a hotel, it’s a Time Machine. Breakfast is served in a grand 18th-century hall Unforgettable for those who love beauty, depth, and a little bit of magic 💫🫶

Our room was really expensive which may have been due to the book fair that weekend or maybe my incompetence (my son says switch off WiFi and use a phone) causing dynamic pricing. The room was very basic with greasy handles on the wardrobe. The staff that we interacted with were helpful. A young guy came up immediately to replace the light bulb and a lady carried my luggage down the half flight of stairs to reach the lift from our room. The courtyard is not bad for bike storage although without something to lock them to. With t the staff on reception's help I was just about able to pronounce our room number correctly

amazing location, AMAZING service at the 24hr reception. rooms were quite large and good value for money- especially as it was next to a few central squares. felt so safe and welcome travelling back every night as two young female travellers. thank you!
