Hotel Don Juan Center

Staff were really friendly (bar one cleaning lady). The food was a lot better than you would expect from a 2 star hotel. The only let down was the rooms. They were really outdated and had no air con, our sheets weren't changed only flipped upside down and turned around. ( I got a bit of chocolate on it one night, the next night the same stain was by my feet and towards the mattress). There are a lot of really bad reviews on here and I was mortified when I read them (after I booked) but it was actually a really nice experience. Yes, it could be noisy, you're quite centrally located in an area with an active night life, it was quieter than I expected. I would recommend getting a room around the pool if possible as it was much quieter (we swapped rooms at the beginning of our holiday). Also, you do have to pay a deposit if you are all inclusive (we paid 10 euros each) but we got it back, no issues, when we checked out.

The hotel was in the middle of the town and nearer the clubs but was a walk away from them. This meant that we had great access to the town and beach (which were less than a 3 minute walk away). However, from about 11pm til about 5am you can hear the clubbers commuting to the clubs and back and they can be very, very loud! It was a rare occurance to sleep the whole night without waking from the noise outside. The food at the hotel was okay. There was wide selection on the buffet which was great, it also changed daily. The pool was never over crowded but was a small pool with about 30 sun loungers. Most of the staff were nice. We had a maid that was very rude towards us. She would barge into our room without a warning and we would find all of our belonging moved around our room, as if she had been rummaging though our drawers and suitcases without putting anything back. She also threw away some of my belongings which was extremely inconsiderate. But overall it was okay stay. Everything was just okay.

STAY FAR AWAY!! No exaggeration. Me & my boyfriend stayed here for a whole week and disliked every minute of it. Very dated, the rooms are small and the bed was half broke, there was only one plug socket in the room, which was situated in the bathroom. It got that bad to where we complained and refused to stay in a broken room for the price we paid. We then got moved to a room on a higher floor, which didn’t have a balcony but was a bit more spacious than the first one. It’s not worth the money at all! The staff were very rude and were not welcoming one bit. We were on a FULL Board basis and the food there was disgusting, we were eating out everyday. It is VERY noisy where this hotel is located. Even at 03:00am it’s very loud, if you’re looking for a good night sleep, this isn’t the place for you. This hotel makes you feel miserable. Please DO avoid.

It's a low cost hotel, very simple and clean rooms. Our room didn't have air conditioner. Take a look to your room when you arrive, some of them don't even have a window, you might want to change it. Gaming area and swimming pool are great. It's ok for a very short trip.

Never wished a holiday to go so quickly!!! What a horrible place. When we first arrived the reception and pool area looked lovely (lured in to a false sense of security) the room was tiny and very dated! The shower if you can call it that was a tray of 5' by 5' square with a shower curtain around it! We didnt sleep the whole time we stayed! There was a school trip of around 80 kids whom took over the entire hotel with no consideration for the other guests. (This hotel is not for the English - felt isolated) One plug socket which was situated in the bathroom - the place needs shutting down British Standards would have a fit at the lack of health and safety!! Example: staff smoking next to gas canisters AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The rooms are small but cozy , each room has a terrace , the staff is extremely friendly , the food for the purge 10. The hotel has a swimming pool with sun loungers , surrounded by greenery . Near the beach , situated in an ideal location. With friends and I spent a memorable vacation .

Terrible hotel for this price. Smallest room, only one electrical socket in bathroom, but no hairdryer)) No air con, no fridge. A lot of mosquitoes, but you can't turn on fumigator - no socket!) Lift was never working. Try to go up and down to the fifth floor every day on vacation or try it with the suitcases. Our neighbors were robbed by the Moroccans, but the guards in the hotel did nothing, just help and let them go!!!

Absolutely amazing! Rooms are bassic. But that was no worry at all as we where never there as of all the entertainment around the area. Beds are so comfortable enough space, bathroom is good! Games room downstairs along side a bar and reception, security is great too! highly recommend hotel I will defiantly be going back. Jorjina at reception is amazing! She answers every question and helps with absolutely anything!
