Hotel Doria

If you're on a budget trip and you won't be at the hotel the whole day. This is your place to stay. Super affordable, free breakfast, and I need to recognize that even though it was very basic and plain, we left the hotel FULL. They offer scrambled and boiled eggs. Croissants, cheese and ham. Water, juice, coffee. Just be careful if you go out early in the morning, there are people asking for money and following you till you give them some. But I mean super early around 6 am. They have ELEVATOR. Which is a super plus if you stay in Ámsterdam. There are hotels around $200 dls per night not having one. Only reason why I give 4 stars is because the toilet is almost impossible to use properly if you're tall. My knees were touching the wall all the time 😂. But no complaints. The room gets pitch dark, you'll have some good rest.

We booked this accommodation 9 months ago and started to panic a bit after reading negative reviews. Our fears are totally unfounded as the hotel is lovely and clean, beautiful staff, great restaurant and perfectly positioned! Do yourself a favour and book here!

We had a great experience with the hotel's staff and it's location. Super close to malls and interesting points of the city But our reservation Washington made for 4 people and the room only had one double bed.

As frequent travelers we have stayed in a variety of accommodations around the world. While the room is small and basic, it is clean, the hotel is very conveniently located, breakfast was fine and staff very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again.🇨🇦

Do not trust this hotel, I think they tried to scam me. When I arrived, they said they tried to validate my credit card (I booked through hotels.com) but couldn't, so they cancelled my reservation. However, they said they had a room for me at twice the price if I wanted it. Needless to say, I went to a other hotel. I will never consider this hotel again.

Excellent service and staff! My mother fell ill while on holiday from overseas and staying at this hotel. They made sure that she received prompt medical attention, and they also hand-delivered her belongings to the hospital after hours. Very much appreciated, and a level of customer service far above and beyond my expectations. The staff were very communicative and helpful while I was calling from across the Atlantic to coordinate delivery of my mother's belongings, and I also appreciated the clear care they showed for my mother as a person. I'm very glad she chose to stay here during her trip. Thank you!

had a lovely stay here in early december, staff was very friendly, room was kinda small but clean and fine to stay in, great location and perfect base for exploring the city, felt very welcome here and will be booking again next time i'm in amsterdam

I stayed one night in the hotel. Room was small but equipped for what you need for a short stay. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Came in to stay a couple hours. Price was OK, but room was tiny and people were making noise in the hall ways all night. Couldn't sleep at all. Terrible experience.
