Night 1

I arrived at the hotel in Orléans after a long and exhausting bike trip that had taken several hours. I was tired, sore, and honestly just hoping for a smooth check-in and a place to rest. What I didn’t expect was to be welcomed by someone as genuinely kind and helpful as Alex at the reception. Alex immediately turned my day around. His warm smile, friendly demeanor, and proactive assistance made all the difference. He not only made the check-in process effortless, but also took the time to ensure I had everything I needed to recover and feel comfortable. His kindness and attentiveness were simply outstanding — he made me feel like more than just another guest. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with everything prepared perfectly. It was clear that every detail was taken seriously, and I appreciated how any small request I had was met with care. The entire staff was professional, but Alex stood out by far — his natural hospitality and helpfulness truly elevated my stay. What could have been just a quick overnight rest turned into one of the most pleasant moments of my journey, all thanks to Alex. If you’re staying in Orléans, I highly recommend this hotel — and if you’re lucky, Alex will be the one welcoming you. Five stars, without a doubt!

Excellent Staff, all very helpful. An excellent location right in the centre of Orleans. Which is a beautiful city. We had a lovely stay, as mentioned the rooms are not huge, but there is air conditioning, and are modern with an excellent shower, and large bed. Would stay again, and do recommend this Hotel

Great, small hotel. |We spent one night in a Comfort room. Quite small but adequate with good shower.|Very comfortable rooms. Charming and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Secure parking and so well situated.|Will definitely use again when in Orléans.

A lovely hotel with modern rooms in a central location to explore Orleans. The rooms are well appointed with a great shower and air con. The staff are excellent, very helpful and they assisted in our plans and onward travel arrangements. Definitely an ideal place to stay to enjoy the area.

Very friendly staff is this very central hotel. Only stopped for one night but felt really well looked after. Secure parking was essential for us but we didn't expect to get an individual garage! We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Very helpful nice people. Wonderful location right next to the main square. Parking super convenient. Lovely breakfast. And lovely clean room. Very good value for money. Parking is an additional cost but given the location is bang on to the city centre snd near the cathedral it’s well worth it. Thankyou to all the staff.

We stayed there last month at the start of a cycle tour along the Eurovelo 6. Room was very comfortable, breakfast buffet great, but what really stood out was the extremely helpful front desk staff. Erika went way above and beyond to point out useful nearby information and to help us with some logistics. Google only has five stars, but this was a ten.

Excellent small hotel in the centre of Orleans. Very friendly and helpful staff. Secure underground garaging which is an unusual bonus. Good breakfast and clean room.
