We loved our stay at the Hotel Doupiani House. Eleni was so wonderful at reception, she gave us advice on where to go and what to do during our down time and we kept our bags at reception while we went into town at a local Taverna to get some food. Our room was probably one of the best in the area, with a balcony with great views of the legendary rock formations. Everything was comfortable, and we loved watching the sunset from the balcony. We did the Meteora sunset tour and morning hike, and the taxis/buses knew exactly when and where to pick us up. The only downside to the hotel is that since it isn't centrally located, you do have to walk (just 10 minutes though) into town for food. In addition, the touristy part is in a neighboring town.
One of my favorite parts about the hotel was the breakfast (included). You could sit outside and enjoy unparalleled views while eating some nutritional yogurt, drinking coffee, and eating toast/fruit and more. I would stay here again!
