Hotel drei kronen

Made a mistake with the dates and messaged the hotel immediately to fix it. They refused to refund or help. Very poor customer service and zero empathy. It wasn't even an hour later, yet they chose to ignore a simple human error. I hope you get treated with the same indifference in the future 🤗

A quiet place really close to the city center. You stroll for some 10 minutes and you find yourself just in front of the famous Vienna Opera. The room was a bit cramped for 2 people, but you can enjoy a good breakfast here and a very friendly service.

Nothing noteworthy about this place other than it’s near the Naschmarkt. The rooms are small and the housekeeping gives you only one towel. The following day they gave me NO TOWELS. The breakfast is included and ok, but I had to wait until my third breakfast before I saw a croissant. The coffee machine needed a lot of maintenance causing line ups to get coffee.

Very good and affordable hotel very close to the city center and within a few minutes walk to two underground stations. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very clean, and with a very good breakfast. The staff (hotel seems to be family run) were very helpful and friendly. The rooms had no air-conditioning, but we were provided a fan which was very helpful during the heat wave we experienced when we were there. There was also free water, coffee and tea in the reception area which was quite nice.||WIFI needs to be improved as this was very patchy and also slow at times. But, other than this, I fully recommend this hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here again whenever I'm in Vienna.||

Great hotel in a great location. We arrived early and the person on reception couldn't have been more helpful, organising a room for us well before normal check in time. The hotel overlooks the Naschmarkt and from our windows we could see the globe on the Secession House. The beds are comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, the bathroom equipped with quality toiletries. The breakfast was very nice, delicious fresh rolls and pastries etc.

It's an amazing hotel, in a great location. Close to the U-bahn and delicious restaurants. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the perfect thing to have after a lovely night's sleep.
