Hotel drei kronen

Great hotel in a great location. We arrived early and the person on reception couldn't have been more helpful, organising a room for us well before normal check in time. The hotel overlooks the Naschmarkt and from our windows we could see the globe on the Secession House. The beds are comfortable, the room spotlessly clean, the bathroom equipped with quality toiletries. The breakfast was very nice, delicious fresh rolls and pastries etc.

Very good and affordable hotel very close to the city center and within a few minutes walk to two underground stations. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, very clean, and with a very good breakfast. The staff (hotel seems to be family run) were very helpful and friendly. The rooms had no air-conditioning, but we were provided a fan which was very helpful during the heat wave we experienced when we were there. There was also free water, coffee and tea in the reception area which was quite nice.||WIFI needs to be improved as this was very patchy and also slow at times. But, other than this, I fully recommend this hotel and I will not hesitate to stay here again whenever I'm in Vienna.||

fantastic location, beautiful building and great service. room was beautiful with a nice view facing the street! can a bit noisy with the train if in a room facing the street, so plugs maybe or find a room facing the other direction if light sleeper. but all the things the hotel and staff can do are wonderful.

It's an amazing hotel, in a great location. Close to the U-bahn and delicious restaurants. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was good and the perfect thing to have after a lovely night's sleep.

Very comfortable stay. Very good breakfast. Just across the street is the market of the area with good restaurants for dinner.

Very nice place to stay for the price. And the staff is friendly and welcoming. There are a few draw backs. The hotel does not offer ice to it’s guest for drinks. They say only in the summer. Why that is is unknown. There were a lack of outlets in our room. And there was only one rack to put our luggage on. We asked for one but never appeared. The bathroom linens were thin and small and no wash cloths offered. The room safe was inoperable and the lighting on the fifth floor was not as fancy as the other floors and dark. It seemed like we were in the attic on the 5th floor that the elevator does not go too. Overall, we were pleased with are stay for the price and the location

I stayed here for two weeks in May 2023 (5/6 - 5/17). Everything was excellent. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thomas and the others at the front desk listened to the stories about my daily excursions and gave me advice on trains and other travel trips. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast staff very friendly. Upon arrival, I was given a choice of rooms. I chose the one with the walkout balcony. The air and water in Vienna are cool and crisp (excellent). The hotel is easy to find and at a very good location, just across the street from the Nach Market, a short walk to the Belvedere and main train station, and a block away from a green line metro stop. While here, I made easy day trips by train to Prague, Budapest, Bratislava, and Salzburg. I took a cruise on the Danube. I saw all the major sites, including the Sisi Museum, which was my favorite. Paris and Barcelona cannot hold a candle to Vienna. Here you will find world class museums without the lines and reservations. Vienna is a hidden gem. This hotel is the place to stay. Great location, excellent rates, good condition, working elevator, great breakfast, and very helpful staff. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. I would like to return again soon.

Hotel is very comfortable. There are all you need for a perfect stay on 2-4-6 nights at the city center of Vienna. I like my room on the 4th floor, as it was stylish and modern, and I have all I need. It is very clean at the hotel. Service very good and hotel staff are polite and smiled, ready to help on every inquiries. Location is perfect, at the heart of the city, just 10 minutes walking to all main attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, but one problem that it is the same for every day.
