So pleasing! The hotel is just a few hundred metres from the station, brilliantly situated just at the start of the pedestrianised zone.|The hotel is decorated in a quirky, modern manner, with reception, the bar and breakfast area in a long room in the ground floor.|Our room was clean and comfortable. I didn't need to be bribed to say nice things by the mini chocolates on the bed or the complimentary drink offered each evening by the friendly host!|The breakfast offer was excellent and you could then just walk out a short distance and be located in the city, largely rebuilt after the second world war. |

Amazing establishment. Super friendly staff, very helpful, clean rooms. Easy walking distance from the main train station which has a direct tram line from/to airport.|A number of small in-advertised gestures that make a stay even more pleasant - I will not consider anywhere else should I go to Nuremberg again.

My husband and I and our two adult sons stayed one night in May 2025. |We had rooms 22 and 23. 23 was slightly larger with three opening windows, 22 had two. |The hotel itself is conveniently located. You can either self park or valet park. We chose to valet park and the process was smooth. We were allowed to collect the car and our luggage later in the day on the day of our checkout. This made our trip easier logistically as we wanted to explore on foot until the mid afternoon. |It is a lovely family run hotel. A bit of humour and quirk sets it apart :) |Our rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. Everything was functional and the shower had good water temperature and pressure. |The continental breakfast was very good. |The staff were friendly and efficient. |I would recommend for others and it would happily return. |Thank you!

We’ve just returned from our third stay at Drie Raben in Nuremberg, and once again, we couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of service here is truly personalized, and you can sense that the team genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are spotless, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. It’s clear that great attention is paid to both cleanliness and the little details that make a difference in guest experience. It’s a wonderful feeling to come back to such a cozy, well-kept space after a day of sightseeing. A real highlight is the breakfast setup – classic, beautiful, and absolutely delicious! The variety and quality of the food are outstanding, and it’s always a great way to start the day. We’ve now stayed here three times, and every experience has been exceptional. We wouldn’t hesitate to return, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Drie Raben continues to be our go-to hotel in Nuremberg, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay in the city!

A shout out to young Nils who was always so friendly and courteous. Hope to be back||Soon .

The customer service is top-notch, from the moment you arrive until you leave the hotel. The location is very close to the main train station and within walking distance of the attractions. The room is clean, and although the building is old, it is well maintained. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However, the breakfast options could be improved.

Drei Raben is a special little hotel right on the main street of the old town. We stayed for 3 nights and were thoroughly pleased with everything. The room was spacious and had modern styling. Our room had a riddle on the wall related to a tourist site in town, which invited us to figure out where it was (not hard) and post a photo to get a prize. We didn't do it, but it was amusing. The breakfast was quite good and there was a happy hour where they offered us a free glass of wine. We were very happy we picked the local white wine, Silvaner. The staff was uniformly great. In particular we talked with Ralf (the manager I think). He recommended restaurants for us, including one we liked best, Joway. All in all our favorite place to stay during our entire Germany trip.

One of the best hotels during our three-week travels throughout Germany and Austria. As others have said, the entire hotel staff — from the owner, to the manager, Ralf, to the morning and evening workers — are all warm, generous, and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay enjoyable. ||They assisted us in dining recommendations and reservations as well as places of interest. The evening cocktail hour was an extra bonus that enabled us to meet fellow travelers. ||I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Nuremberg.

Yelp
This place will set the tone for your Nürnberg trip. Ralph doesn't just run a hotel. He runs an experience that will help you get a excellent night's sleep and help you navigate the gorgeous Altstadt. The nightly wine tastings are fun and kid-friendly too! You need restaurant recommendations? Ask at the front desk and you will get concierge service on par with the best international hotels. You need advice about the city and where to go? They can help you with that too. These folks love their city and have strong local pride. And they are happy to share that love with visitors. I left Nürnberg thinking, "I could live and work in this city if most folks here are this friendly and progressive if I still lived in the EU" and part of that feeling was Ralph and his staff's hospitality. Breakfast is so tasty and fun. A great way to start the day and the coffee is among the best I had in Germany on my trip (as a coffee-snob and caffeine addict this was HUGE plus!). It costs a bit more per night than a lot of other places but the unique decor and the service is so good it's totally worth it. Throw in a satisfying breakfast and you've got the experience of a lifetime. This was my favorite hotel on my entire 2 week Germany/Austria Winter holiday. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Yelp
Fantastic little hotel a 5 minute walk from the train station. Upon arrival they showed us to our room and upon realizing the room would be to small when our daughter joined us in a few days they offered a 2nd room at a very reasonable rate. Fantastic fresh breakfast in the morning. An arrangement of breads, fruits, and eggs/ omelette upon request. Hotel is right in the heart of everything and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Yelp
One of the coolest hotels, ever (in my humble opinion). It's located right in the center of the city, the rooms are large & super clean, the bathrooms are modern, the beds, pillows and bathrobes are very comfy! It is a very old building which has been remodeled with great care and attention to detail, it's historic and modern all at once. I loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the old-fashioned stand-alone bath in the room. Every room apparently has a fairytale theme based on local myths and legends, and even has a storybook you can read. They give you welcome cookies (ours were on a trey on the bed). While sitting at the bar downstairs (make sure to try the local wine and spirits), we met the owner, Ralf, who told us about the history of this hotel. Daniel at front desk was super helpful, even when I forgot my coat in the car. Complimentary breakfast was nice too. Can't wait to return, I just fell in love with Drei Raben (means 3 ravens, by the way). Staying here made our second trip to Nurnberg very special.

Yelp
I've stayed here twice so far and loved it every time! The decor and atmosphere in the lobby and bar are wonderful, very modern and welcoming, the rooms are clean and very cute. Each one has a local legend written on a wall and the room is decorated in that theme. The breakfast they offer in the mornings is excellent as well. I loved their customer service, they were very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a modern experience with lots of local flavor!

Yelp
Really nice hotel right in the Altstadt. Can't say enough positive - probably our best hotel experience in years. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and seemed more like they all could be some cool people you struck up a great conversation with. Ralph in particular was great in introducing us to the hotel and the town, making recommendations for dinner, and overall being a good guy. Room was good sized with nice modern bathroom. Overall decor was well-done and a bit funky. A really fun place to stay!

Yelp
We found this hotel right on Königstraße near the main train station. Reasonable rates for nice and contemporary double and single rooms. Wonderful customer service and fluent in several languages, including English. The booking included a complimentary drink at the bar, which was staffed by a trained bartender, and breakfast was included. The staff was knowledgeable of the Nürnberg area and were able to make several good recommendations for restaurants and bars. The room was very clean, well decorated and inviting, and had an air conditioning unit - great for the warm summer day. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and will be staying here again next time I am in Nürnberg.

Yelp
The Drei Raban is a delightful hotel and I would stay there again given the chance. The rooms, management, staff, breakfasts, and the location are wonderful. Very good for a five night stay. Nuremburg itself offers a wonderful small town feel and great proximity to all parts of Northern Bavaria.

Yelp
What a gem of a place in a gem of a city! The service is impeccable -- friendly, prompt. The food at breakfast hits the spot and gets you ready to wander around the old parts of the city. After that, a glass of wine or a more serious cocktail awaits in the bar.
