Very pleasant experience. Maybe they could make some improvements and redecorate the rooms. Some items are old and would require cleaning/changing. In the bathroom I had some problems with the shower hose that should be replaced since it had some water leaks that made it difficult to use. Overall, a nice experience, I recommend it

Very great service and big clean rooms. Open shower instead of one in the bathtub. Breakfast was highly above average hotel quality and size here in Antwerp. Location is a bit less since it's next to a hospital and the parking is paid for normal use so you need to have your ticket validated at the reception every time (this is free for hotel guests!). Employees were really kind and had casual talks with us. We had an issue with the room but this was quickly fixed by swapping rooms instead of having to wait for repairs / someone to check what was wrong.

Very nice and quiet hotel next to a hospital in Edegem, Belgium. Check in was easy and parking was free which was nice. We had breakfast our first morning but not the last day. Breakfast was ok but nothing really special. The hotel is located far from most shopping but it was quiet and clean.

Arrived as a coach trip and had to use back door as there is no parking for coaches. (Poor research on trip organizers behalf) The hotel's decor is straight from the IKEA market hall, Awful. Though the staff are very polite, efficient and helpful, the lack of any character emphasizes the hospital over-spill, hospice feel of the place. ||The restaurant menu is set and laid out for the week, so do not expect choice for evening fare, though the buffet breakfast is good.||Now the rooms! The huge doors, sliding bathroom door with wet room facilities and panic buttons/pull cords every where cries out unused hospital. The bed was large, comfortable and clean. That's where the standard ends. The carpet had a large and very dubious stain, the seat and foot stool were filthy and decor tired. Thankfully this was a single night stay over. Lastly there is no lobby bar, so when the restaurant closes, you can only purchase refreshments at reception for your room. Never again.

Stayed for three nights on business. It’s a care hotel meaning that it caters for recovering patients. You probably wouldn’t want to book this for a holiday as it has zero atmosphere and almost silence at breakfast. However it is a clean hotel with large rooms. I found the bed very comfortable. Large TV. ||The wet room bathroom is ridiculous as everything gets absolutely soaked. ||No tea or coffee making facilities which is a shame. Breakfast was fine - croissants, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals etc. staff were professional and polite. |||||||

Very nice hotel right on the hospital campus. Clearly built for patient accessibility, wide elevators, emergency buttons in the rooms, big showers. Dinner was good though maybe a bit on the expensive side. Breakfast, again fairly expensive, was great. Buffet with everything you would expect. Keep an eye out for different booking options. Well worth scrolling down their webpage all the way. Approaching the hotel by car you'll get to a roundabout with clear signs to the hotel. Make sure to drive into the left-most entrance to the parking lot. Your room card will open the gates during your stay, just don't forget to validate your parking ticket at the reception on check-out ;).

I suppose the hotel started out for people who needed a revalidation somewhere which was not a hospital. But it became a hotel, also for guest which don't need to revalidate.||The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially towards the guest who are staying for a long time, because the are on a revalidation holiday. ||The rooms have ver wide doors, so beds can be pushed through, there is a big wet room and the rooms are also very large. Even that the hotel is next to the hospital, it is very quiet outside, during the night you don't hear anything, not even the ambulances.||Breakfast is very nice, croissants, rolls, danish pastries, ham, eggs, cheese. ||There is a free parking and you can take buses (17 and 22) to go into Antwerp city in front of the hospital, which is located next to the hotel.||I certainly would go back.

Well, given the fact that there's nothing else as close to the UZA than this Hotel, the rooms are really modern, very well equipped, and super clean! The personnel is always very professional, friendly and helpful. For the rooms and the staff I'd give 5 stars. 3.5 stars I'd give for the breakfast and the occasional dinner I had here. Don't get me wrong, it's really OK and also convenient to have some food there, but it just doesn't fit the high standard of the rest of the hotel. If they would present it optically a bit better, I'd give 4 stars. So, in the end, there's nothing to complain about, but it's just standard hotel breakfast, good, but nothing special. This leaves me with an overall rating of well earned 4 stars.
