No desk service... okay, intercom system. Called service to acknowledge my bags were late and needed to be delivered, did not acknowledge or give directions to have them dropped off at AlaGare instead, lost a day recovering and chasing failed deliveries.
Secondly and more of a reflection of how poorly organized they are, came back in the afternoon to find my key to the external door no longer worked, walked to AlaGare and asked the staff about it directly and they said they knew nothing of a change of locks, but that I could be buzzed in. Get home late that night and my key still doesn't work, have to call in the rain to be let in. Pass another resident on the way in and ask them and sure enough, they changed the locks that morning. How does this hotel even function?
