Hôtel Du Commerce

Very basic hotel. The only good things are fast check-in and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The decoration in the room is ugly. The smell coming out of the toilet pipes was bad and toilet didnt even have a curtain. Stayed for 1 night was 50€.

Perfect. Clean, simple family room, with comfortable beds and plenty of space. Really friendly welcome and service. Right in the middle of old town Auxerre so lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and bars set amongst the historic architecture. Excellent stopover location and the city will tempt you to return for longer.

The staff was super friendly. Be careful to checkin schedules, but they are very arranging. Rooms are a little dated, but location is amazing, and everything is clean and functional. For the price, it is great value!

No parking! No hairdryer, no reception after 21:00. Room below the avarage, old furniture's and partially missing. Noises from more than 1 floor above! Only French language accepted... Answer to the owner comment: This above is not Italian, I think... You don't speak any language but French, or you don't care about your customers' language. Luckily we had found other hotels in France that were a whole different thing. Adieu 👋

Friendly staff, good location, street parking nearby. However suspect bed bugs. Received 5 bites during the night. We had to disinfect all the clothes on our return back home.

Basic facilities but comfy beds and very nice people who run it. Great location in central Auxerre and one of the few places that provides a room for 4 people.

i wanted to come to his hotel but after reading the review and after reading the comments answer of the owner well the owner believe Everything is perfect in his world and all his customer upset or unhappy after the stay they had at his locations are 1 crazy or 2 didnt stay .... Well Monsieur finally you will be right , i didnt stay and i am putting a review !

Good basic accommodation with central location. Breakfast disappointing for the price.
