What a lovely and charming hotel. Small. Quaint. Little quirky in decor. Family run. Wonderful and kind service. Delicious food. Seriously, eat your meals here. That doesn’t even begin to cover the absolutely stunning views from the rooms on the back of the hotel. Easy walking to food, groceries, restaurants, shopping, and more.

I travel often for work in luxury hotels and I have never found a place so cosy, with incredible personal touches, kindness of the owner and availability to help with everything. The location is beautiful, central and just a few minutes walking from the lift to get on the slop. The rooms are cute, super comfortable beds, very warm. The restaurant is good and really everybody is kind, willing to help (I injured myself during my solo trip and they went far and beyond to help me). This is my second time here and it won't surely be the last - it's like having a little home in Crans. Best hotel ever.

My mother and I stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of January. The hotel is ideally situated in the Crans-Montana area. We had the most stunning view from our bedroom window. |The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and there was a wide variety to chose from the buffet. We only ate one evening in the hotel which offered a set menu. It was delicious. |Bedrooms were cleaned every morning. One minor thing which would have been nice to have would have been tea or coffee making facilities in the bedroom but it isn't big enough of an issue to reduce the score. I lovely stay in a very quirky little hotel.

Great small hotel with very friendly staff and a fantastic view of the valley. Very good breakfast and a 10 minute walk from the funiculaire coming from Sierre. Nice localtion at the lac and close to bars and restaurants.

We really loved this hotel. It is cosy and clean, simply but nicely decorated. It has great view. One can see all the mountains from the small balcony in the room. There are huge roses in the garden. From our bath-window we could see a beautiful cherry-tree. But the best is the people who work there. I think they should be nominated in the category best hotel team in the world. We were very warm welcomed on the reception and also during the breakfast the waitress was exremelly friendly. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights while watching the Omega Masters Golf Tournament. Our south facing room was immaculately clean and had breathtaking views. Breakfast was excellent and evening meals just as good. Nice variety of food too. Best of all was the helpfulness and friendliness of all staff which resulted in a very relaxed atmosphere. A great base from which to explore this stunning region. Could not recommend more highly.

We enjoyed a last minute stay here as a family and thought that the staff were charming and helpful, and the hotel was very clean, rooms spacious! Amazing deal with the tourist card the hotel gives you means that you save a fortune on lift Passes etc and can really explore the area, which we loved. A very busy mountain town, with lots to do as a family and lots of nice bars and restaurants. We loved going on the pédalo on the lake!|| My only concern currently is that, walking around the town and hotel, you would not have had a clue that covid exists - no masks in view (apart from on the ski lifts where this is obligatory ) and I was amazed the hotel restaurant still had free-serve salad bar and breakfast buffet. Other hotels have installed-Plexiglass glass dividers in dining areas, and have stopped people movement and buffets ... I would have felt more comfortable with these measures in place.

It was a great stay! It was the first time for me in Crans Montana. Hotel has a beautiful location, it was very easy to find. I have found a parking place just infront of the hotel without any problem. Staff at reception was very friendly and done my check-in uncomplicated. I got a room just beseide the reception and was a bit skeptical because of noise at reception, I could hear all conversation in my room. But the night was quite, I could sleep well. The room was okay with balcony which I enjoyed very much. I am really happy that my booking was with dinner. All menüs were really good and service was friendly. My overall impression is very positive. However please allow me to bring a critical point to your attention. The hotel management needs to find a solution for a good air ventilation especially reception area. Unfortunately all area is strongly smelling food from the restaurant.
