Extremely disappointing stay - not recommended. The hotel is located directly on a road, which makes it very noisy. The entire property is poorly maintained and lacks basic hygiene standards. The staff were consistently unfriendly, and the owner’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. The rooms are extremely small – it is barely possible to move or get changed. The bathrooms are damaged, unhygienic, and show visible mold. There are no basic amenities such as a fridge, drinks, or even bottled water in the room. The only meal offered is breakfast, which was of very poor quality and not hygienically presented. Considering the price, the value is absolutely unacceptable. Comparable hotels in the same price range offer far higher standards, cleanliness, and service. I would strongly advise against booking this property.

Excellent location. Close to Metro stations, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The room was clean and ample. The shower floor is made of small dark stones. I wore flip flops bcause you can’t tell if there are hairs or mold or anything on that floor! The shampoo and conditioner are glued so people can’t steal them. But who wants to steal cheap products?? So you have no place to put your own shampoo and soap. | The staff was very helpful and nice. The lobby is very small but I wasn’t there to be in the lobby. The hotel does not have air conditioning and some days were very hot at night. You can’t open the windows bcause of the noise coming from a gay club across from it. They go at it really loudly until 2:30am so I was drenched in sweat on the two hot days I was there. I recommend that you don’t have the staff call for your taxis to anywhere. The taxi drivers that they call are scammers. Call the official Paris taxis.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.|Located right on a noisy street, everything is filthy and disgusting. The staff are rude, the owner is extremely unfriendly and behaves in a completely inappropriate way. The rooms are tiny – you can’t even turn around, let alone get changed properly. The bathrooms are small, broken, and full of mold.||There’s no food or drinks available in the rooms, not even a fridge or water. The hotel itself only serves breakfast, and that’s disgusting too. The entire place feels unhygienic and neglected.||Absolutely not recommended – overpriced and completely overrated. For the same price you can find far better and cleaner hotels. Avoid this place at all costs.

Rooms are a bit small but the location is extremely good. It was really close to Hotel de Ville metro station (about 2 minutes walk). The hotel is located at a really safe neighborhood and we always felt safe even if we were coming late to the hotel. There is always someone at the door for security purposes. There was room cleaning every day and the hotel itself and the rooms were really clean. We would definitely stay at the same hotel if we have the chance to visit paris again. They were really welcoming and supportive during our visit.

The staff were very friendly and helped us when we couldn't check in at the accommodation we had booked for various reasons. (Sir Majid if I'm not mistaken) The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us. The location was extremely strategic, close to restaurants and the metro station. Notre Dame was within walking distance. I would stay here again if I visit Paris.

Great hotel. Mr. Majid, the receptionist was very helpful. Very nice guy. The hotel was great, it's near food center, near Notre Dame. I recommend this hotel for every one who wants to travel to Paris.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was small, and the bathroom was very cosy. The room was very clean and fresh bedding and towels were provided. The bed was rather hard and there was only 1 socket in the room but overall a nice place to stay. The hotel is in a great location with lots of food outlets nearby. The metro is a stones throw away from the front doors and a great base for visiting all the tourist points of Paris. Notre-dame Cathedral and the louvre are both within walking distance.

This hotel was appalling, We had chosen this hotel because it appeared fairly central to Paris, not far from Notre Dame. We paid almost £200.00per night for room only and the room was tiny. Thankfully we were only booked in there for 3 nights so were travelling light but there still wasn't enough wardrobe space for 2 days clothes. The bed was small and uncomfortable, there was regular noise pollution for the adjoining room including a 2am argument on our last night. The bed was clean, but mattress was uncomfortable. The only thing I would consider acceptable was the bathroom space.||There was a bar across the road from the room . We had to keep the windows open because the hotel didn't have air conditioning. The bar stayed open until around 2am every night, Tues -Thurs was our stay duration. Every night there were around 50 bar patrons who would just stand in the street below our window talking loudly and this went on until the bar shut at 2am. Even thought our room was on the fifth floor, the noise made sleep impossible until long after the bar had closed||To top it all off, the hotel claimed we had caused damages to the room, which we had not. they took an extra £42 from my account without permissions to pay for the damages. Then when I submitted a bad review on the original booking site, doubled that and took another £84, a total of £126 I am currently talking to lawyers about the legality of these alleged damage payments.||I would avoid this hotel if you like a decent size room and a good night sleep, and if you dont want additional money taken from your accounts after you leave. I will never again book an independent hotel. I will be sticking to chain hotels from now on where the beds are comfortable, rooms are not overpriced and you are treated like a human being.

Yelp
Good budget hotel in a great location in Paris. Close to Notre Dame and walking distance to most everything else. Rooms are small but clean. Breakfast is available for a fee. We would stay here again.

Yelp
Update! Once again, if I could do below 0 stars I would. We finally got our money back from the bank. The bank indicated that this was "an ongoing problem" with this hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely ridiculous, do not trust any person here, they will rip you off at any opportunity.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Not only was it a great location but very pleased with their service! The front desk were friendly and helpful. Only quirky thing to note is that you have to leave your hotel key at the front desk when you leave for the day. Also, make sure to request a room on the 7th floor! Our room was huge. The bathroom was a bit tiny but expected given that it's Europe.
