Hotel du Nord Interlaken

We had a Triple room for 4 nights. Our room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. WiFi connection was very good. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, shops, restaurants. The only thing I would like better was to have thicker/softer towels.

The hotel is just beautiful, and in one of the best locations in Interlaken. The staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. Truly a wonderful experience, especially for our first time in Interlaken!

The guestroom was good, very clean & hotel amenities "Pure Herbs" was very good. Front office staff & Housekeeping was kind to provide a few more additional bottles for our 3 nights stay. Our room was facing the road but we had very quiet & peaceful rest. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant provide excellent service and took care of us very well during our stay. We will definitely come back to stay again when in Interlaken.The location of the hotel can be access by bus 103 from both Interlaken west & Interlaken ost train stations or a 15 mins walk from Interlaken Ost train station. Very convenient. Easy to locate.However, it will not be the place for the budget conscious. You are in Switzerland anyway, pamper yourself to the high "quality of life"

I had a wonderful time here. The room was clean. Customer service, location and breakfast were good. However, the WiFi connection was a little slow here. Overall, I felt great staying in Hotel du Nord

Reasonable price and exceptional location! The view from the hotel overlooking the mountains 🏔️ was beautiful to wake up to. Room was clean and roomy. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s in the center of everything but it’s not noisy or too busy which was really good for us as we were driving and traveling all around Switzerland during our visit, so a quiet, good night sleep was what we much needed.

I was there June 4-6. Nice place, courteous staff, great breakfast. Disappointed that they don't have double rooms but only twins also surprised that as a guest of the hotel one cannot sit in the chairs in the outside lounge area by the street unless ordering drink. I saw no sign, I sat there to plan for dinner, until someone came to tell me that I had to move in the back of the outside lounge or inside if i was not ordering a drink. (by the way I did order drinks from the bar every night while staying there and I have to comment the great professionality of the lady bartender). Pino

Overall stay at this hotel was great and I have list down few things that made it great.|Location: 10/10 Walking distance from Train station|Breakfast: 8/10 |Staff: 7/10 Check in staff was really great and helpful however night staff was really rude and made us think twice of pur stay. But again was taken care of by day management. |Rooms: room provided to us was just amazing it had panoramic view of Interlaken and so airy. ||Church bell feels like it’s right on your head but you get used to it when you’re in Switzerland. ||We were happy and will be back to stay again.

Hotel is located at strategic location, 10 minutes from Interlaken OST, Rooms are neat and clean with balcony from where a beautiful mountains are visible In morning! During snowfall, mountains look more gorgeous while viewing from the balcony, a perfect romantic spot to take few snaps. Hotel breakfast is excellent with very well behaved staff, In short a perfect place dar a away from home !, outside the hotel have a Paragliding sales counter where you can book ticket for the same, Looking forward to visit this hotel again in future,
