Easy booking, wonderful room in a great, central location, it provided everything we needed, and they allowed us to bring our dog for an extra 11euro/day. The tea and instant coffee with a kettle were great as we didn’t frequent the breakfast room. The biggest struggle was in the shower due to the sloping ceiling since we were in the top room within the roof structure, but we made the best of it. Otherwise, everything was tastefully decorated, it appeared to be very clean, the bed was very large and comfy, and the room we were in had a great view over the Quai des Vieilles Prisons and Le Palais de l'Île - especially at night when it was all lit up. Service was very friendly and prompt in getting us into our room and then checked out. They offer very good discounts on some of the underground parking areas and the Hotel de Ville seemed to be the closest since we didn’t get there in time to drop off our bags in front of the hotel before 11am. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely location i the old town, a bit of a hike from the train station but worth it. Quirky rooms you would expect from ancient buildings but lovely lay out, lots of space, great water pressure, amazing staff & housekeeping. Super fun to be it the middle of things but if you open the windows (we traveled in October) it can get your on weekends.|Super clean, great value, awesome staff. Lovely breakfast. Reception also serves as bar. Highly recommend.

The hotel is a labyrinth of rooms in narrow corridors but that is what we expected. The one lift is tiny and temperamental. Reception was not manned when we arrived and we waited more than 10 minutes for someone to appear - we had arrived in the window that we asked for (1900-2000 on a Sunday evening). We did ring the number that the note on the reception desk told us to but to no avail. The room was fine - it was very cramped but reviews had told us about this so we were forewarned. The view from our attic was great. The fridge adequate. The bathroom fine but the bath plug was broken (sheared off) and unusable and the shower not suited to me (1m86). The bed was great! Really big and comfortable. After all this we feared for the breakfast but this was above expectation and we actually lingered over it. WiFi inadequate - we got a data breach waring when logging on so opted to use our own data connection. We wouldn't use the hotel again but it had it's good points - but at the price we paid we expected something better.

Location is unbeatable in the heart of the pedestrianised old town. Discount parking about 300m away at the town hall car park. Easy to find.....it's over the bridge near le Palais de l'Isle....bright yellow and has it's name on the front (tho the entrance is down the side. Staff all very helpful and friendly, but as this is France not everybody speaks English. The usual breakfast lady is wonderful "cafe express..double" (if she can read this, merci!!!!). We had an attic room (404). Very quirky with sloping ceilings but comfortably furnished and fitted. It's an old building, with corridors and steps, and one small lift. The rooms, as in many old french hotels, are small by UK standards, but it's a charming place. Value for many, compared to other hotels in the town, 10/10

Location was absolutely great for spending 3 days in Annecy. Bed was comfortable. There are some inconveniences with small elevators, but it is an old building, so too be expected. The Saint Claire parking was a good choice, not too far. However, the carpet was absolutely disgusting in the hotel room. The entire carpet was stained. If they fixed that, easy 5 star for the location and value.

Best hotel we stayed in during an 8 day France trip. We stayed in a suite with balcony, I HIGHLY recommend you book this room. The price is a good value but the view is incredible, you are right above all the action and it’s beyond gorgeous. All the staff we met were kind and professional, I had zero issues with this hotel. Location is prime, just be ready to search a few garages for parking if you’re coming during high season and peak time of day. Thanks for such an amazing stay!

Horrible. Don't BELIEVE the photos. We got a "premium" room. Laughable. Seriously I about peed my pants. Of course no changes to the room after pointing it out Down a dark hallway. Spooky. I get small European rooms. We travel a lot. Thats not it, to advertise falsely drives me crazy. Oh while lessons learned. I am really wondering about trusting Trip advisor reviews.

Google
Great location near all restaurants and shops in Annecy. The hotel itself is very clean and with a great level of service where we felt very welcomed. Our room had an awful view over the "courtyard" which was unfortunate. Other than that we had a great stay!

Yelp
The check in process was simple. I treated myself to the suite and had an amazing view of the canal with a balcony. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept great. They gave me a ticket to comp my parking in the garage. I had a great experience here. In the middle of anything you'd want.

Yelp
Super great location. Good clean room. Exactly as promoted but the convenience of the location is extraordinary. Very helpful staff prepared with maps, and other information. We parked in the City Hall parking space across the street and rolled our bags over. It was a short couple of blocks and there were elevators in the garage and the hotel. It was an easy roll and not challenging. It is a good idea to map out the location so you can find the place ahead of time as though the shop owners and locals are very helpful it is hard to understand their French and most people we encountered did not speak English - though they do at the hotel.

Yelp
What a charming hotel! My wife and I spent two great nights here in March, and we couldn't have been happier with the hospitality, location, and accommodations. I imagine if you come in the busier months, you'll want to book ahead.
