Having just spent 16 nights at this hotel, I understand the positive reviews. In its price category, this hotel deserves 5 stars. Our Privilege room was clean and comfortable with tv, free wi fi, air conditioning, small bar fridge that we stocked with drinks from nearby grocery stores, hair dryer and coffee machine with pods. Our windows opened over busy restaurants below but when closed muted the sounds so we could get a good nights sleep. Reception also had free filtered water that we filled our bottles with. Breakfast downstairs was included, ample and consistent. However, what made this hotel an instant 5 star favourite was two important things - 1. The location. Walking distance to fabulous restaurants, cafes, laundromat, boulangeries, old Nice, markets, Colline du Chateau (Castle Hill), the Port, photography museum, public transport to historic towns and much more. 2. The staff. No matter the hour, the front desk staff were always warm and welcoming to us. The hard working cleaners kept our room impeccable. Thank you. The breakfast team at Foam (also a micro brewery) kept a constant eye on the breakfast bar, re filling and promptly clearing tables so that no matter what time you arrived for breakfast, you didn't miss out on anything. Though my husband appreciated everything from the yoghurt, cereal and fruit, to the eggs, little sausages, croissants and pain au chocolate, my absolute bliss was simply a coffee (or three), a chunk of warm baguette with butter and apricot jam and a good book, by the window overlooking the beautiful streets of Nice. Absolute bliss 🥰 Thank you for our stay. Highly recommend,

Rooms have everything you need to feel comfortable, matching well the price of around €100 per night. The beds are very comfortable, and the space is adequate for short stays. Excellent location with plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel. The breakfast option is a nice touch, available from 6:30 to 10 a.m., and the staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect for a weekend stay!

Visited Nice for a long weekend, a lovely place in general! The hotel was good for what we needed although the rooms are very small but we weren’t in them that much. Located close to bars and restaurants, anout a 10/15min walk to the main beach front and promenade where the better restaurants are located.

This place was an absolute disgrace. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. The hotel and the room were filthy, old, and disgusting. There was no water, no slippers, and none of the most basic amenities (like a toothbrush or cotton pads). The room was tiny, smelled terrible, and felt unbearable. Breakfast was poor, extremely limited, and tasteless. Even the towels they gave us were dirty and stained. I cannot understand how such a place can call itself a hotel. Do not trust the positive reviews — they are misleading. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. It was a total nightmare.

We went to Nice for 5 days, rooms were not too big, but overall it was okay, ideal for shorter stays. The location was perfect, however noise from outside could be sensible before midnight. The breakfast was great, we loved it, and you can also sit outside which is a good thing in the morning. I recommend this place.

Overall, it was fine... The location is very good, extremely close to the harbour and promenade, also the bars and restaurants are not far away. The only drawback was that the room was quite small

Good Hotel with absolutely excellent Location, but very small and simple rooms, Not even much space for your luggage. Rooms are a bit used. Hot water and aircon work. Noise isolation ist so-so. Cleaning Crew and Front desk is very good. Here are Suggestions for improvements: Better Coffee in breakfast are. This is Just Bad Instant Coffee. Come on, this is Basic stuff. Just buy a Machine with real Coffee. This was the worst part of my vacation 😞 Repair lights and Clean things in the breakfast area, remove spiderwebs etc. Remove whatever smells in the Elevator. Mark emergency exits better. We Had to evacuate due to a false Alarm, and the exits are Not marked well. When renovating the next time choose better colors especially in the hallways, the Hotel does Not Look very beautiful inside.

This was a fantastic place to stay at, the comfort double room we stayed in was very clean and the location was amazing and had everything you need within a walking distance, so many nice restaurants and it has pharmacies and beauty stores all close by. Only a short walking distance to nice old town and to the port and beaches. Breakfast was great and the bar within the hotel was great as well with great food selections and good prices , all the staff were lovely and amazing, Manon especially was a sweetheart, overall I would recommend 10/10.
