Hôtel du Rhône Sion

Let's begin with pros : great location less than 5 mins walking distance from the old town, pillows were super comfortable, duvet was as warm as it should be, there was a safety box, an espesso machine and four different coffee capsules in the room. Cons: sink was not clean and cleaning person got in my room while I was sleeping in the morning. This person opened the door and left immediately, it was a terrible emotional experience that really affected me and that's why I am rating the hotel with one star.

The hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was conveniently located, close to the center and close to all food stores etc. The food in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was not that good. There are couple of pastry shops around for a better breakfast. Overall satisfactory experience!

Friendly and flexible staff. Comfortable rooms. Great central location, not noisy. (Served us breakfast at 5:30am for our early checkout.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly Staff, perfect location. Not really low rates - you are in Switzerland. The best is to book directly at the hotel.

Very good for Meat Fondues, they even accept to sell fondue for people on their own (business trips friendly). It was my second time there and i will come back if i am sent to Sion again

Confortable and spacious rooms, very centrally located on Sion. Very kind service. Buffet breakfast a little small and complicated elevator to get to the rooms

Spacious rooms and great service both at the reception desk and in the restaurant. Located near a beautiful castle, high on a mountain.
