Great centrally located hotel. Love the second floor lobby area with views to the grand cru vineyards. Some earlier reviews mentioned being annoyed by the canal waterfall under the building but that was one of the best parts about the place. We opened our windows on the third floor and slept to the sound. Book dinner at their restaurant. Will not be disappointed.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the view of the weir is exceptional and worth a visit just for that view. The rooms are lovely and clean. Minimalist with little human contact as the reception is only manned until 14:30. The only downside is that the breakfast is a little disappointing, but definitely worth a one night stay

Perfect! Lovely room, warm welcome, and the best place for a visit to Chablis. Right in the centre of town. Easy to walk anywhere in town. We arrived too late to enjoy Zinc, but a quiet wonderful place to stay. Lush breakfast too. We will come again.

This hotel is in an amazing location right on the canal. You check yourself in and it is easy. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and a bit industrial/ minimalistic. There is a continental breakfast for 15 euros and a terrace near the breakfast area has a nice view of the rolling hills of vineyards. We parked in a free city lot about a three min walk away. We slept really well, very comfortable bed. No coffee in room. Very nice stay.

Very comfortable room in the heart of Chablis. The only downside was the distance to the car park, which is a few metres from the hotel but about 300 metres by foot. Not so great if you have mobility problems. Self check in worked well. Good breakfast included. We stayed here as the 'Au Fil Du Zinc' restaurant is next to/ underneath the hotel.

Rustic but lavish. The hotel is a remodeled mill with large rooms and scenic views. We were lucky enough to get the room directly over the waterfall which made for a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is centrally located in Chablis with many restaurants and wine tasting rooms within a very short walk. Check in was simple as they provide you with a code to get into the main door and reception area. The keys are provided in the reception area so you can let yourself into your room when you please. There is a self service open bar where you can pick up a bottle of Laroche wine to drink in your room or the beautiful terrace overlooking the hill of Grand Crus.

We stayed at Hotel du Vieux Moulin and loved every minute of our stay. It is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the Grand Cru hill. It's easy to get anywhere in town by walking and everything you need is within a ten minute walk.||It is unique in that there isn't a reception staff there at most times. They are there to set up breakfast and then take care of the rooms until about 2:00pm. There is a great sitting area that leads to an open terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage from the honor bar.||The rooms are large and comfortable. We had a very comfortable bed and got a good night's sleep each night. There were also two full bathrooms, a seating area and a terrace.||The only thing missing from the room was a mini fridge to chill a bottle of wine from our tastings or to keep some snacks. That is a minor detail however, as we loved the room and could chill our wine in the honor bar fridge.||We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to friends.

This was a beautiful hotel and ideal for a nights stay. Our only comment would be that after 14:30 there is no one around, there is no mini bar and very little human contact. It is minimalistic but absolutely gorgeous with a view that is absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.
