The hotel boasts a four-star rating, but in my opinion, it deserves even more. The central location, just a 15-minute walk to the city's main attractions, the exceptional service, spacious rooms, impeccable cleanliness, and generous and delicious breakfast all warrant a higher rating. However, my stay was marred by a frustrating issue.
My room faced the "Crveni znak" sculpture, which proved to be problematic. My theory is that the aluminum structure covering the building expands when exposed to direct summer sunlight, causing it to creak and groan. While the noise was tolerable during the day, it persisted into the early hours of the night, only subsiding when temperatures dropped.
I promptly reported the issue to the reception, but I didn't feel taken seriously. I was assured that someone would look into it, but no one ever came. I requested a room change, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible.
In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel, but if you happen to stay during the summer, I suggest avoiding rooms that face that particular side of the building.
