Hotel Dubrovnik

The location was great right in the heart of city in a pedestrian zone but only 100 meters away from main road. All the facilities like restaurants, bars, shopping, main sight seeing attractions were within walking distance. The reception staff was nice enough to give an early check-in.The room was very good on top floor facing Jelacic Square. It was very neat and clean and so was the bathroom. The lobby was good with a bar. We only had breakfast in our one day stay at the the hotel and it was as good as in a bigger hotel. The best part of our stay was the service at front desk. They always looked happy and cheerful and were extremely helpful with their expert advice on Zagreb. Worth staying !!

In the heart of Zagreb, right across the street from the main square. Loads of restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was very large and very clean. Staff were helpful when we needed a few things. Comfy beds. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but a decent selection.

We only stayed a night when we missed a bus connection to Ljubljana due to horrendous holiday traffic on the Zadar - Zagreb highway. We boked at the last minute, and were delighted with our choice. Check in was easy, the room was spacious, the bed comfy and there were tea and coffee making facilities. I'm not keen on showers over baths, which this room had, but the shower itself was good. The included breakfast was great, with a huge range of fruits, cereals, hot and cold dishes, breads, meats, cheeses etc. The location couldn't be better, in the centre of town with easy access to restaurants, the tram and historic streets. Highly recommend.

A fabulous hotel. The location was perfect and really central and a great car park about 5mins away. The rooms are really large, the bed was really comfortable and the bathroom was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There was a huge breakfast buffet, with an enormous choice. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. Very highly recommended

Excellent choice - reasonable pricing, superb location - the very heart of Zagreb, all tours and all transportation are/is right on the Jelacic Square - the main city square. Very good and diverse breakfast included with convenient hours in the morning, friendly personnel - from cleaners to the reception desk, I was even offered a “breakfast box” upon very early morning checkout - did not even know it was possible! Great and patient help at the front desk - had all my numerous questions about the tours, taxis, getting-around, restaurants answered.|Highest recommendations to anyone visiting Zagreb for any reason! Only the best things to be said and remembered about this place! Will highly recommend to all my friends and acquaintances!!!

The reception area is very clean and modern and thats the only good points off this Hotel. The rooms are dark and tired. Everything at the breakfast is cold ( bacon, sausage egg, etc) only one domestic toaster for the whole of breakfast area and only 2 of the slots in that working. Shower over the bath, towels are very worn and thin. house keeping poor all they did was empty bin an make bed.

Great central location near busy square and all of Old Town. We had good size corner room. Very comfy mattress. Towels and shower should be upgraded. Breakfast good and plentiful. Would consider again.

Best location ever as it is centrally located in the heart of Zagreb. Hotel reception staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast is great as it starts at 6:30 am. With this hotel you don't need to use any public transportation as all amenities and sites are walking distance. Room was spacious and shower was in a bathtub if you like that
