Hotel Dubrovnik

We are returning travellers and once again had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is located well in the Zagreb main centre. The reception staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The beds were wonderful and the shower had great water pressure. The addition of the lounge downstairs was nice, and their buffet breakfast was perfect. Upon checkout, I realised I left an item behind, and the staff were so helpful in locating it and posting it to an onward location of my choosing (at cost). Very grateful. Would happily return.

I’ve returned here several times because it consistently feels like the right choice. One of the upper-floor rooms in the older wing, with a small balcony overlooking the square, really stands out for me. Being above the square gives a nice sense of the city’s daily rhythm. The location is extremely convenient, and the room is well maintained, comfortable, and practical. There’s enough space, strong Wi-Fi, multiple sockets, and a kettle, which makes longer stays easier. The bathroom is in good working order, the shower is reliable, and the bed is comfortable. The staff and cleaning team are warm, approachable, and genuinely pleasant to deal with.

The hotel is in an excellent location right near the main square and with many trams nearby. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds, a fine shower and robes. There is a heated towel dryer that is always on. Shampoo, body wash, hand soap and body lotion are provided but hair conditioner is not. There is a very good fitness center on the third floor. It has a treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike and a full range of dumbells. There is also a good weight machine in it [see video]. The breakfast is excellent, too. There is also a comfortable lounge area on the second floor. One negative - we didn't seem to be able to control the temperature and ventilation in the room and no windows can be opened.

The most wonderful hotel from start to finish. Couldn’t be any closer to the centre and the Christmas Markets were right on the doorstep.|We unfortunately had a scare whilst staying there which resulted in a member of our party being hospitalised. The staff couldn’t have been more caring and helpful and assisted us on extending our stay. They went above and beyond and we would like to thank each and every one of them for their care and helpfulness.|The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautiful, rooms great and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was good and plentiful.

Amazing location. Right in a pedestrian area. We really struggeled to find the parking area but that probably was our own fault. You can walk everywhere and many bars/cafes/restaurants near by. Rooms were clean and comfy. The decor was just a bit outdated. Fitness center was also a bit empty. Breakfast was really good (not the caffee tho)

This place is very beautiful , well located, nice & cozy interiors. And one thing I need to mention is the staff in the restaurant. This girl Rea is so good. She followed instructions in my English so well. I have travelled Europe multiple times and had challenges communicating things as many of them couldn't follow instructions in English especially with a different accent. Standard things are done easily but if you need things a little bit differently you struggle. But with Rea it was a 100% on the dot. People like her , in any team, makes a world of difference. I wish her the best in her career !!

The location was great right in the heart of city in a pedestrian zone but only 100 meters away from main road. All the facilities like restaurants, bars, shopping, main sight seeing attractions were within walking distance. The reception staff was nice enough to give an early check-in.The room was very good on top floor facing Jelacic Square. It was very neat and clean and so was the bathroom. The lobby was good with a bar. We only had breakfast in our one day stay at the the hotel and it was as good as in a bigger hotel. The best part of our stay was the service at front desk. They always looked happy and cheerful and were extremely helpful with their expert advice on Zagreb. Worth staying !!

The location of this hotel is great. It’s right in the center of everything and quite close to the museum of broken relationships. The room was incredibly spacious with lots of windows and a great bathroom. Lots of food and drink nearby too. For parking, I parked at Garage cvjetni (Varšavska ulica 9, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia) using bmove ticketless. Super easy to park and only a short walk to the hotel.
