This is not a 5 star luxury hotel. However the hotel, still deserves a 5 star outstanding rating. Great location at the edge of the pedestrian medieval/Roman area. You are a short walk to fantastic restaurants, shops and historical sites. Breakfast is good. Reception and breakfast room staff were very nice. Their parking is convenient, about a block from the hotel and you can come and go as you wish.|The Hotel is older, but clean and fairly well maintained. Our suite was spacious and I felt it was reasonable priced. We had a pretty view of the mountains from our balcony. If in Aosta again, I would return

Very comfortable Hotel with everything you could want. Sensible lighting to be able to read by in bed and low level lighting when not reading. Well appointed bathroom. Comfortable bed. Window that opened. Staff very helpful. All in all and ideal place to stay in the centre of town.

I am surprised this is a 4* hotel. The rooms have little to no amenities, no coffee machine just a kettle, no iron available even on a temporary basis and no toiletries. The room size is good but you can hear everyone around you plus our room had a toilet that was broken. The cistern would drip/leak and then refill every 5 minutes or so, through the night. Luckily the air-conditioning drowned out most of the noise. The reception staff were nice and welcoming and the location is very good.

The hotel itself is fine. Yet, communication leaves a lot to be desired. ||After my stay I realized I had left my jacket in the room, which was confirmed to be found. I immediately offered to arrange my own courier to collect it, but was assured that hotel would handle the return. |Then.. silence for three weeks despite my follow-up emails. Eventually, I received the message that the jacket was sent to my address - without my confirmation and using the courier service which charged me 60 euros, while I could have arranged it myself for just 15. ||Very disappointing handling of a simple matter that could have been resolved with one clear email:-(

We stayed 3 nights here and I can’t say enough about the staff helpfulness. They were so incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They set up a private English walking tour, which I highly recommend. We paid 15 euro each for 4 of us, and made reservations for dinner in a castle. The decor & vibe of the hotel is lovely too! The breakfast is top notch. The lemon pine nut tart was heavenly. You are steps from the main plaza and the town is SO cute!!! We were also able to do our laundry at the sister property, 5 euros per cycle and it was a comfy spot for the chore.

The rooms are very nice and spacious. I would give a special mention to the staff that helped us book some local restaurants and set up the room for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast is very good even if there's less variety than others. I am looking forward to my next stay.

One of the best places to stay in Aosta. Very charming, very friendly, with one of the most stylish Cafés I have ever seen. We recommend this hotel for 100%

Hotel D’uca Aosta is an elegant hotel, it is spotlessly clean and without exception the staff are friendly, courteous and efficient. It is in an excellent location and I felt safe walking to and from this beautiful hotel at any time of the day. I stayed at the hotel for over a fortnight because my husband had been hospitalised in Aosta, Francesco in particular helped me with the Italian translation of documents from the hospital. The staff in the breakfast/patisserie area, the reception staff, cleaning staff and management were faultless and made a very stressful fortnight less so. Thank you, from comfortable beds to welcoming smiles I would not hesitate to return.
