Hotel Dukagjini

The quality of the food at this hotel and restaurant is extremely poor. It feels like they are 25 years behind. They could learn a lot from European standards and how good food should be prepared. There is no proper technique, no modern skills, and the food feels outdated. Sauces are not tasty, the pizza crust is completely white at the bottom, and the dishes lack passion and class. The toppings are dry, no garlic oil, no olive oil, and the ingredients are not worth the price. Honestly, I would be embarrassed if I ran this kitchen. I will try a proper restaurant in Europe to see how it should really be done.

Some Double rooms are small especially the bathroom. We upgraded to bigger one with big balcony and mountain view which is super nice. Guys at the hotel are nice, they offered help with luggage and baby stroller. Restaurant is exceptional especially for pizza and steak. Location is at the center. Perfect for exploring the city. One elevator makes it a bit harder to navigate between rooms and lobby

We had a wonderful stay at Dukagjini Hotel in Peja. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast each morning was both varied and delicious. The reception staff were exceptional—always friendly, responsive, and genuinely customer-oriented. A very special thanks to Mr. Musa, the security manager, who went above and beyond by personally accompanying my husband to the hospital for treatment after an insect bite. His kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

The services realy bad ,when you ask for any thing the response is not friendly, the jakozi is not warm food ,people don't understand English well, the television is more national more than international, in general I cannot recommend it.

We stopped by for drinks and dinner and were absolutely impressed. The cocktail we had was excellent – refreshing, carefully prepared, just as it should be. Then came the steak – juicy, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and prepared to absolute perfection. Every bite was a real pleasure! Special praise goes to the staff – our waiter was exceptionally kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel relaxed and taken care of, which truly elevated the whole experience. The atmosphere in the bar and restaurant is pleasant, stylish, and discreet – just right. Hotel Dukagjini is one of those places that sets the standard and leaves a lasting impression. Whether you're a hotel guest or just stopping by for a drink and dinner – you'll experience true quality, elegance, and top-notch service. Warmly recommended to anyone visiting Peja!

Room had an awful smell coming from the AC. They tried to “fix” it by spraying some deo making it worse. After insisting, they offered late in the night another used room which we rejected. When we wanted to leave, they “found” a new room. The rooms are also very small.

It is a great Place, but for Kosovo its quite expensive and i am not sure if you get what you payed for.
