Hotel Dukagjini

We stayed at this hotel between December 11–13 for a business workshop and were very satisfied with our experience. Overall, the food was excellent in terms of quality, taste, and presentation, and the refreshments offered throughout the day were well prepared and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were well maintained. The staff were extremely polite, helpful, and professional, which contributed greatly to a smooth and pleasant stay. A very suitable hotel for business events, and we would gladly choose it again.

The first thing that impressed me was the warm welcome from the staff.... always smiling and ready to help in every possible way. :) The restaurant is beautiful, and all the spaces make you feel relaxed and comfortable. I was there yesterday, the weather wasn’t great, but I can imagine in summer it’s even more beautiful with the terrace and the river nearby. The room was spacious, good water pressure, hot water, and a clean shower cabin. Wi-Fi was full signal, and each room had its own ssid. Cleanliness was at the highest level. There was free water, coffee and tea, and the minibar was well stocked. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows, and the terrace was large and pleasant. Overall, everything was excellent. A great stay at Hotel Dukagjini, Pejë. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and extremely well maintained, with excellent cleanliness and comfort. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, the food was delicious, and the restaurant service was top-notch. A very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The food was so good and the service was amazing, the waiter was very polite and welcoming, even gave us cookies and helped us take a picture. Different from the manager who we noticed was rude to the staff and had an unwelcoming attitude.

A little bit pricey but everything was good. The location is perfect. I would consider coming here in spring or summer to enjoy the terrace.

Some Double rooms are small especially the bathroom. We upgraded to bigger one with big balcony and mountain view which is super nice. Guys at the hotel are nice, they offered help with luggage and baby stroller. Restaurant is exceptional especially for pizza and steak. Location is at the center. Perfect for exploring the city. One elevator makes it a bit harder to navigate between rooms and lobby

The quality of the food at this hotel and restaurant is extremely poor. It feels like they are 25 years behind. They could learn a lot from European standards and how good food should be prepared. There is no proper technique, no modern skills, and the food feels outdated. Sauces are not tasty, the pizza crust is completely white at the bottom, and the dishes lack passion and class. The toppings are dry, no garlic oil, no olive oil, and the ingredients are not worth the price. Honestly, I would be embarrassed if I ran this kitchen. I will try a proper restaurant in Europe to see how it should really be done.
