Greater place to stay in Bruges. The hotel is located in the center of old town, minutes away from all major attractions.our room was spacious, bed were comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is very good. The common spaces are are very nice and well maintained. There are gym and sauna in the basement.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. It's not got too many rooms, so it's not busy, which seemed a shame in the evenings when the vast lounge and bar areas could've been made more use of.|We had a Comfort Room which was in an annexe at the rear, rather than the main building. Some reviews complained of noise, but we had none, despite being near the parking and cars clearly being moved. Parking IS limited though - only about 4 spaces.|The location is fantastic - just a short walk from everything central.|The nearest bus stop is Molenbrug - easily gotten to and from the train station using the 2 and 1 bus lines. We got parking at the station with Interparking. Bus tickets can be bought easily using an app - De Lijn.|The room and bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean and functional. We had a TV, kettle, and coffee machine.|The breakfasts were brilliant - a very good selection on offer - you can't be wanting !|The only issue we had was finding rogue mosquitos/midges which got into the room - possibly a hazard of the canals. Perhaps I'll keep the windows closed next time. The hotel offers something to help, but at a small charge.

This hotel is totally incredible. It is in a fabulous location. So close to everything but also very quiet. Rooms are large, beds really comfy. Lots of great food choices so close. Always felt safe. Spotless clean with really lovely helpful staff.

I cannot fault this hotel. I stayed there for 2 nights with my family, and everything was just gorgeous. The room was so stylish and clean, the hotel itself is quiet and grand and the staff were 10/10, especially Marie for making our stay there so wonderful. She couldn’t have done more to make us more comfortable and she was just a wonderful human. Thank you so much!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel smells really nice. It’s in a pretty central location so I was able to walk to all of the places I wanted to see in the city. The reception staff are wonderful. So friendly and inviting. They answered all of my questions and were so gracious. The rooms are a nice size and the bed is very comfortable. It is also very quiet. I would stay here again.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Spacious well appointed rooms. Nice lounges and bar. A breakfast room where an excellent buffet breakfast is laid out every morning until 10:30am.||The staff are extremely courteous, helpful and friendly.||The only thing that the hotel might benefit from is to have it's own restaurant to offer a dinner service although stepping out for dinner in Bruges does provide a great selection of restaurants within very short walking distance.

Hmm, immaculate hotel- really special in the area and for that, entry and comfort level- no issues. But, room card has failed 4 times, so was a treck up 3 floors to get it changed. The bathroom is dark- so if partially sighted or wanting to put makeup on, not great.!shower lousy, water pressure poor. So whilst you’re staying in beautiful surroundings- things are limited. We leave tomo. Staff great though.

Considering that it is supposed to be a 4 Star Hotel, the rooms weren’t properly cleaned and towels for the ground and for the body were missing. When my wife asked at the reception, they didn’t hand her towels, until she had to be very clear that we need towels, especially for not slipping after taking a shower. Except for the Croissant the breakfast buffet was mediocre for the price we paid.
