HOTEL DUKES’ ARCHES

I stayed at Hotel Dukes’ Arches at the end of December and had an absolutely superb experience. We booked a superb room, which was spacious, beautifully decorated, and felt truly inviting. The hotel’s location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the charming décor throughout the property adds to its unique character. The staff were simply outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Every detail, from the comfortable room to the warm ambience, contributed to a truly memorable visit. I would highly recommend Hotel Dukes’ Arches to anyone looking for an exceptional stay, and I gladly give it 5 stars!

The Mr and I spent 4 nights at the Duke’s Arches Hotel. There was so much to love about this hotel. ||Let’s start with our spacious room with plenty of storage, comfortable bed, and nicely appointed bathroom with everything we needed. ||Another positive, was the large breakfast buffet spread. Hot and cold entrees, pastries, breads, fruits, juices and a coffee machine gave us many options each morning of our stay. ||A helpful staff and great location just added to our pleasure. ||In closing, we were very pleased with every aspect of our stay! ||Recommended!

We reserved a comfort room and since there is an availability at the hotel at that time, they upgraded our room to the premium one with kindness. Room was clear and beautiful, products were adequate. We were satisfied with everything; but especially breakfast… Breakfast was great! People at the reception were all so nice. I highly recommend this hotel! 🫠

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the Dukes Arches. Perfect location right in town, but also away from the crowds so you can recuperate in luxury. There is not one chair in the hotel that isn’t amazing to sit on! Room was comfortable, well designed and the bed was fantastic, giving us two fantastic nights sleep. Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Best part though was the bar and lounge, which were well proportioned, with staff attentive and considerate. Beautifully designed with a good blend of traditional and contemporary. Would recommend to anyone staying in Bruges!

This is a lovely hotel. Friendly, helpful staff Great breakfast. Great location. Good facilities. Nice sized rooms. Everything works.|Really comfortable bed!!!|Shouldn’t really write this as we won't get in so easily in future

We enjoyed our stay at Dukes Arches, the hotel is very centrally located just a 5 min walk from the central square. Brugge is not particularly large and we were able to walk to all of the main attractions. The hotel staff were very attentive and breakfast was very good. ||Our room was a comfort level and it was clean, cosy, warm and well equipped.||The only negative for us, was the in-room safe wasn’t working on our arrival. Although we reported it … the safe was never fixed during our 3 night stay. ||Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel.

My stay was for 9 nights in room 101 which was peaceful and calm after many days of travel. The accommodation was beautifully appointed and the linens, decor, and furnishings luxurious. There was excellent complimentary coffee and water in the room along with big bright windows for morning light. The bathroom area had a deep soaking tub (!) in addition to a shower. The commode was located around the corner in a separate closet near the front entrance to the room. Housekeeping was done daily and the place was kept impeccably clean. I purchased the daily breakfast option and the meals were delicious and varied; eggs, fresh fruit, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, juices, teas & coffee. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were multilingual and professional.

Such a unique and mediveal type feel. Completely different than your typical hotels so walking into the room and seeing it in person was smile worthy. Its cute, comfortable and clean. The dining area is picturesque. The fitness area is nice, small but not bad. The sauna is great. The faucet in the bathroom has a well water smell which is off putting, even when u let the water run. Its quiet and close enough to all the areas to see so when you get back and want to relax and go to bed, you arent bombarded with a bunch of noise.
