the hotel is located in a beautiful nature reserve. The rooms are spacious bungalows with a spacious bathroom. we received a friendly welcome. there is a spacious parking lot. There is a nice swimming pool with bar that was currently closed as it is still winter. There is a lot of maintenance on the domain, which makes the gardens beautiful. The rooms are cleaned every day, beds made and new towels. The breakfast was basic but good value for money. The only thing missing was a small fridge in the room. we will definitely come back. And important for us. Dog friendly !!

A very nice and clean hotel. The swimming pool is gorgeous, great size, well maintained with a nice garden area around. The whole property is spotless, all the rooms have an individual entrance, the room is basic but has got everything anyone needs including a well working air conditioning. Pets are also allowed and there are two car parks. Highly recommend, great value for money.

Stayed at this Hotel for three nights in July, very comfortable with chalet style accommodation. The rooms were clean and maintained daily, the staff were extremely helpful. It is close to the main beach of Puerto de Santa Maria and a short walk to the Catamaran terminal that takes you to Cadiz (20mins). The food was basic but good and the bar staff were pleasant and very friendly. The pool area is locked over night which is good as the early birds cant reserve sun-loungers. Had no problems with sound(as stated by previous reviewer) even though the Hotel had a lot of children staying. The only comment which I passed on to the staff was that the baths were very slippery and bath/shower mats should be provided (we bought our own from a local shop for 5 euros). Car parking was limited but again the staff were very helpful by moving their cars so we could park ours.

I would recommend you don't stay here really, the staff don't communicate with each other the rooms are tiny with no fridge, safe, kettle, toaster nothing really just a rusty hair dryer. the staff don't seem to know what they're doing, they have this minimum spend of £18 per person rule if you want to eat there spent most of my time arguing with the staff tbh. They don't put the customer first unfortunately

I find a Lot of revues here unreasonable. This is a Budget Hotel, it's Clean the Gardens are imaculate and well kept. It's on the edge of the town next to woods and quiet, the beach is huge and close and provides safe bathing. There are Bars and restaurants within 10 Mins walk but the town is 30 mins Walk away. The food was good nothing Special it tastes good and the Service is good.moat of the staff were very accomadating except one waiter who Spoilt it for the Rest. We enjoyed our stay was quiet and relaxing

We got a great deal and stayed here for 2 nights. On our rate is was good value for money, but maybe when you pay a high season rate you might feel different. The accomodafion is laid out as motel style csbins around a pool area. The room are rather basic for a three star hotel, but adequate and cleaned daily. The room we had smelled a bit damp, mainly because there is not enough ventilation in the room. The breakfast is cheap but basic. The wimming area is nice however and the location is very nice in a pine forest and close to the beach. Wifi is free but only available in the reception area.

The idea of being in small individual houses looks interesting and I particularly like it. The whole design of the place is beautiful and different from the average. The staff is professional. ||However, the accommodation could be more comfortable and sound isolated. The breakfast had some variety of things but nothing special overall.

We had a driving holiday of Andalucia. We spent a night at Dunas Puerto on our way to Tarifa and enjoyed our stay there so much that we had another two nights on the way back north.||Admitedly it was out of season but why we enjoyed our stay here was because most hotels hadn't opened their pools but Dunas had, so we had hours of entertainment between our day trips to Cadiz. The pool is a good size.||The rooms are chalet style, but were clean and adequate. The hotel is well situated, just a 100 metres or so from the beach. El Puerto de Santa Maria is also a lovely place to stay, with some fantastic fish restaurants that were worth the visit alone.||The reception was effecient and helpful even though it took over ten minutes to check in.||Previous reviews suggest the food was appalling, but the meal we had on one night was acceptable although it would not have won any gourmet awards. The bar seemed to have fluctuating opening hours (which frustrated the alcoholic in our party), and the service was frosty but OK once we had established ourselves on the seats at the bar.||The weekday rates were fairly reasonable, but we felt it was overpriced at weekends. ||Although we enjoyed our stay here, I don't think we would return in peak season as I can imagine it might become our worse nightmare. Out of season though it was good enough to stay twice!!
